Contemporary Loft overlooking Main Street. Walk to major entertainment venues, dozens of restaurants, retail, sporting events, and museums.

Directly overlooking Main st, you are in the middle of all the action. Walk to Bon Secour Arena, the Peace Center, Fluor Field, the waterfall and suspension bridge at Falls Park. And more!

A short drive away: Clemson, Furman, NGU, Wofford, for sports. Nearby lakes, Keowee, Hartwell, and Jocassee, are great for fishing and boating.

Suite A is surrounded by dozens of restaurants, retail, specialty shops. You are perched above bustling Main Street in the historic 103 year old Cauble Commons building, a marketing showpiece for downtown revitalization. No elevator.

Suite A features an 18ft ceiling, Heart pine floors. City views. Safe and secure, with a door code required for entry into the building.

Enjoy a full kitchen. Two full bathrooms. King bed in loft area. The extra large windows are great for people watching! Because of the open loft concept, the unit is not recommended for families with very young children. Although, Please, contact me about your family stay. No pets. No smoking. No parties. Thank you.

Professionally cleaned with detailed sanitizing and disinfecting of the unit. Additional cleaning products, and disinfectants are provided.

No on-premise parking, although, limited street parking is available. Richardson street Garage, a two minute walk, is across the street (pay to park). Parking on Main st is free after 4pm Friday through Monday at 10am. (Special events excluded, signs will be posted).

Guests love the location, comfort and cleanliness of Suite A. according to their positive reviews.

Heidi’s place was a great choice for us! Walking distance to all downtown Greenville has to offer, plus the condo itself has lots of character and charm. Bedroom and bathroom upstairs and a half bath downstairs, nice kitchen which we didn’t really use. Coffee Underground is in the basement of the building, entrance is just around the corner. Heidi was a terrific host. Always available and quick to answer. We never did figure out the thermostat. Both nights we stayed we got home late and didn’t want to bother her with help turning it down. The bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water for showers. Highly recommend Blues Blvd Jazz club. Buy tickets ahead of time and enjoy. The music, food and atmosphere were all spot on. Use the rickshaws to move around. Those guys were our saving grace after walking all day! Greenvillebiketaxi.com. This loft in downtown Greenville was a perfect location for a weekend getaway. Everything was conveniently located, didn’t have to use the car until leaving. The loft itself was clean and very comfortable.

Main Street in Greenville

Heidi was a very thorough host. She sent very clear check-in directions and was prompt with her correspondance. She gave us parking, dining, event and activity suggestions to help us enjoy the downtown Greenville neighborhood. The space was nicely decorated and clean. The kitchen was mostly well stocked for the night we cooked in. It was great to have our own bathrooms. The only downside to our stay was the Saturday night noise. Others have eluded to it in their reviews. The daytime hustle and bustle of Main Street is fine. It's relatively quiet, and it is fun to watch the hustle and bustle out of the big front windows. But when the sun goes down on a Saturday night, the night club across the street cranks up the music. And the bass. Greenville maybe doesn't enforce a noise ordinance? Heidi has made every attempt to give her guests some quiet - even providing ear plugs and air purifiers. Sunday night was back to peaceful and quiet. We would definitely stay at Heidi's place again - we would just avoid the weekends.

Great Location in Greenville

Clean, safe location which looks out onto North Main Street. Walkable to most everything you would want to do. We did drive to the zoo but we could have walked there and back but had other things to do. The host was super accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend.

Property is fantastic. Located in THE HEART of downtown Greenville, within walking distance of all the finest restaurants in Greenville. Also, the linens on the bed were scrumptious. Look forward to staying with you next year for the SEC when the ladies Gamecocks play and win again.

Great Location

Great location in the middle of Main Street. Host was responsive. Parking is either on the street or in a public garage a short walk away. Keep in mind Main Street can be very busy and loud on weekend nights.

Location location location

You cannot beat the location! Host was quick to help with checkin and the home was accommodating. The view to Main Street was beautiful. It does get a bit noisy from the bar across the street late at night but it was worth the noise for the location. Comfortable bed and great water pressure in shower. We really enjoyed our experience.

Pretty cool loft in the middle of the city

If you are a city dweller this is your place! Greenville is a wonderful little city and this would be a perfect place for a romantic getaway, especially for the holidays! The host was available by text right at 4pm (no sooner). There appears to be a nice surround sound system installed but it does not seem to work - it was no listed as an amenity so no big deal although Alexa was listed in our welcome info and it did not seems to exist. The reason for the 4 stars is this place needs a serious deep cleaning- there is thick dust behind everything and my sinuses were plugged up the entire time. If the long standing dust is removed then this place would be spot on!!

Beautiful apartment, perfect location

We brought our bikes and rode the Swamp Rabbit Trail on Sat & Sun. Gorgeous trails with plenty of rest stops along the way. Loved staying on Main Street. We parked in the free deck and walked everywhere. So many restaurants! Thank you again.

Our Second Stay!

Elegant downtown loft in the middle of everything. Easy check-in. Heidi, our host, usually responds to questions within minutes. We enjoyed our stay last year so much, that we returned for a second visit.

Enjoy Downtown Greenville!

We booked this property for an extended weekend stay. Having never explored Greenville, we thought staying downtown would be a great option. This property did not disappoint. RIGHT DOWNTOWN. Walking distance to many attractions. Swamp Rabbit Trail/Falls Park on the Reedy River is a MUST! Very close to restaurants and shopping as well. The accommodations were very comfortable, modern and clean. Amenities are just as described and give the flexibility to dine in or out. The property owner (Heidi) is very responsive to questions. If we needed anything, all we had to do was ask and within minutes we had a reply. This area boasts many upscale hotel properties. This property gives you the feeling of living downtown at a rate that is more "manageable" than that of the hotels. If you want to experience downtown Greenville, book this property. You will not be disappointed. Thanks again Heidi. We had a fabulous stay.
