Attique du centre-ville avec terrasse, 1/2 Ă©tage de la rue principale au coeur du centre-ville

UnitĂ© Penthouse pouvant accueillir 4 personnes. Notre condo a une grande terrasse avec des siĂšges extĂ©rieurs pour profiter des vues sur le centre-ville. Nous sommes Ă  quelques pas de Main Street juste derriĂšre l'hĂŽtel Westin au cƓur du centre-ville. Nous offrons toutes les commoditĂ©s de la maison avec une cuisine complĂšte et beaucoup d'espace ouvert pour se rĂ©partir pendant quelques jours ou un sĂ©jour prolongĂ©. La chambre Ă  coucher a un lit King et le canapĂ© a un lit Queen size, les deux sont super confortables. Le condo est d'environ 1100 pieds carrĂ©s qui est grand pour un 1BR / 1Bath. Toutes les commoditĂ©s du centre-ville sont situĂ©es Ă  quelques pas. Nous vous proposons un espace de stationnement dĂ©diĂ© pendant votre sĂ©jour et un accĂšs codĂ© au bĂątiment.

    We loved the penthouse. So clean, quiet and an amazing location to everything in uniquely beautiful Greenville. The downtown is less than a block away, with tons of restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues. The location to Falls Park on the Reedy was a huge plus. Walked the beautiful Park every day. Would definitely rent this unit again.

    The location is FABULOUS!! And everything you need is in the unit. It is one of the more fully stocked kitchens I have seen in regards to supplies for cooking/eating! Hosts are easy to communicate with. Having the deck is a beautiful option to sit outside with morning coffee or evening drinks. Very quiet building and area.

    We visited Greenville for a birthday/anniversary get away. The penthouse condo was right in the middle of all that we wanted to see. Unit was very clean and nicely stocked. Shops, restaurants and the Reedy River falls were within easy walking distance. The condo had everything we needed and was a welcome place to come to after our day outing. There was a small glitch with the condo when we arrived but the owner answered phone right away and was at the condo within 10 minutes to fix. Loved the designated parking. Would definitely stay here again.

    We had an absolutely wonderful time in Greenville! This condo is in the perfect location and we enjoyed so many close-by restaurants and shops. We even walked to the baseball stadium for a Greenville Drive game (so much fun). What a FUN surprise Greenville was (our first time). The condo had everything we needed, parking was easy, and the whole setup (keypads, etc.) was just so smooth.

    Perfect Location For a Greenville Stay

    This 4th floor condo was in great shape in a quiet, somewhat secluded building on Court St. It was a quick walk up to Main St for shopping, eating and drinking; and only a block the other direction to get to the river and Falls Park. Condo was stocked with everything needed for a 5 day stay with comfortable furniture and all the luxuries of home. Our panic on check in was there was no closet .... relieved to find a nice walk-in behind the bathroom door :) My only complaint was the inconsistency of the A/C temp between the living room and the bedroom.... it was much colder in the bedroom (with a strong draft from the ceiling vents) than in the living room. The private parking was great and convenient, with plenty of spaces! Overall, this is a great place to stay in Greenville!!

    Our daughter attended Furman University which introduced us the area. After graduating she took a job as a 3rd Grade teacher and has since married. After she and her husband married we were sure that Greenville would be their home for years to come. We love the area and especially the charming downtown area. We have been looking for a part time home in Greenville for a couple of years and were recently lucky enough to find our perfect spot. Court Street Condos have a lot of character and ambiance. We look forward to making many happy memories here.

    One special feature about our condo is the large terrace for entertaining or just enjoying alone. We located on the top floor and the terrace is very private and quite rare for a downtown condo.
