The location of this condo was perfect! The parking deck was a very short walk away and we didn’t need to drive at all during our stay. We were in town for a concert at bon Secours arena and were able to walk there in 10-15 minutes. There was a large farmers market just outside of the courtyard on Saturday morning and tons of restaurant options. The condo itself was very clean and well stocked. I was surprised at how quiet it was given the location. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept very well. I would definitely stay here again!

This 2 Bdrm beauty was a perfect find for our weekend getaway! Generous in size and amenities and the balcony overlooking the courtyard was a huge plus! All shops, dining and local conveniences you could want were right outside your door. And, our host, Olivia was extremely responsive. Lots of little things to make your stay just a bit more comfortable.

Very nice condo, comfortable and clean, in a perfect location for exploring Greenville! We had a couple of minor things pop up during our trip, but Olivia was super responsive and quick to get things remedied. We were grateful for our gracious host and will definitely book again next time we're in Greenville!

We had a great 1-week stay at the condo in late-April 2026. The condo is centrally located in downtown Greenville close to many restaurants, stores and attractions on South Main Street. We walked all around the downtown to the art museum, the zoo and along the Swamp rabbit trail. The condo is well appointed and very clean. We liked that the condo faced the atrium of the building because it made the stay quieter than facing a main road with all the traffic. The balcony we a wonderful place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. We would definitely recommend this condo and would return when we can.

Great location, very big unit. The only issue is the unit is above/next to Sully's Steamers and that's where all the kids go for late night food. It's not the kids that are the issue it's the heating/HVAC system for Sully's that is constantly working and there is a loud noise reverberating through the closet wall. 100% not Olivia's fault and she said the property management team is trying to resolve it. Hopefully it will be fixed when we visit Greenville again.

We had an excellent stay here. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and we were able to walk anywhere we wanted to go in the downtown area. The unit was large enough for 4 people and was stocked with anything we needed. All areas were clean and well-maintained, and the beds were comfortable. The owner responded quickly to any messages we sent. This will be our first choice of places to stay when we are in the area. We felt at home and didn't want to leave.

Excellent stay. The condo is amazing and very well located, right in the heart of downtown Greenville, with easy access to everything within walking distance. The place was spotless—very clean, well organized, with a lovely scent and excellent lighting throughout. It has two bathrooms and all the spaces are very comfortable and accessible.We felt very comfortable and truly enjoyed our stay. The host was wonderful—very kind and attentive at all times. We would definitely recommend this place.

Very detailed self check in instructions. The entire unit was clean, comfortable, and as described. My only complaint is that the duvet on the bed was too heavy and hot for my personal tastes, and I didn’t see an available alternative blanket. Great location. Parking around the corner. I’ll use it again when in the heart of Greenville.
