Escape to this peaceful 2.7 acre high bank waterfront estate with gorgeous views of Holmes Harbor. Roam the over 2 acre property. The spacious custom home boasts 4 bedrooms (views from two), 3 bathrooms, a formal dining room opens onto a view deck, a large kitchen with breakfast nook (with view), a formal living room that opens onto a big view deck and a family room with a view that opens onto an expansive lawn. Shoot hoops or play soccer on your very own private field while enjoying water views. Property has security cameras on the outside attached to the side of the house on the front, side and back of the house.

This getaway was large a serene. We watched deer and eagles parade past the back door every day. The hot tub was a wonderful way to soak in the soothing heat and relaxing sounds of nature. The kitchen was fully equipped and even boasts an espresso machine, although we didn’t use it. We enjoyed every minute of our stay here and will definitely be back.

The location was beautiful. However the home was less than amazing. There were rodents in the house, none of the windows locked, everything I brought with me smelled like mold after I left. Utensils in the kitchen were dirty. There was garbage all over the yard when we got there. The host was willing to send people out to fix it all but wanted me to be present for all of this and I was on vacation, and had zero interest in dealing with contractors for several days. He did send out a pest control guy that blamed me for the mice because I left the doors open. He also sent a handy man that let me know how unreasonable the host is and expects everything to be fixed today even though the window locks need ordered and aren’t something you can just pick up at the hardware store. Multiple light bulbs were burnt out throughout the house. I asked for a partial refund and was denied. Definitely don’t recommend this property or host.

We would like to clarify our maintenance protocols to ensure an accurate representation of the property's condition: - Pest Control: These teams include a pest control service that performed routine maintenance one week prior to your check-in with no issues reported. While we regret the inconvenience, the pest control technician that was called in during your stay suggested that recent activity may have resulted from doors remaining open during the stay. - Property Hygiene: Regarding your report of mold smell, we offered an immediate investigation by our housekeeping team, though you waived this during the stay. A thorough post-departure examination found no evidence of mold, and subsequent guests have reported no similar concerns. - Exterior Maintenance: As this is a waterfront property, debris is frequently a result of natural wind conditions; however, our landscaping team did visit the property during your stay to address upkeep. - Service Protocols: To ensure security and clear communication, our standard protocol requires guests to be present when third-party tradespeople require entry. We appreciate your perspective as we strive to maintain our professional standards.

My friends and I had a wonderful weekend on Whidbey Island. The property is beautiful and comfortable and in a great location. The kitchen is very well-stocked, the hot tub was wonderful, and the views were beautiful. I will note that there are only 4 bedrooms and the futon is not long enough to fit an adult, so take that into consideration depending on how many adults are joining. (I found the listing a little confusing since it shows the futon in a bedroom).Overall a wonderful property that I'd book again!

What a wonderful home and great location! Myself, my mother, and grandmother were looking for a home with a private feel, beautiful view, and close enough to town for some shopping and good food over Thanksgiving. This fit the bill! The views span the entire back of the house overlooking the beautiful grassy yard and water. We saw deer every single day, which was magical, and even saw a bald eagle! The house was very clean and had a ton of high end amenities in the kitchen which made our stay extra special. The property managers were also quick to respond and very pleasant to work with. All in all this property was lovely and such a great bonding experience!

This house is great for families. There are many different spaces in this house and plenty of things to do. The great view and deck make for a wonderful place for morning coffee. This house does have many stairs.

Great spot for a group getaway!

Very accommodating hosts and communicative. The house is gorgeous with a beautiful view of the water and great front lawn. The beds are very comfortable! Kitchen is very well labeled and stocked. They even had kid toys and a diaper genie, had we needed it!

Beautiful and peaceful location

It was the perfect getaway from the city. There was lots of space for everyone in the house and outside. Property management was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful retreat with great views

We stayed to introduce my in laws (from the Midwest) to the beauty and magic of Whidbey Island. We had a great couple of days and spent most of our time on the deck watching the many deer who hang out in the yard!

Great spot with views to match

The house layout is a bit funky 90's what were they thinking remodel but it's got a ton of room and all the appliances in a nice sized kitchen. Sitting in the hot tub and looking at the stars is a great way to end a day on Whidbey.

Girlfriend Getaway

We had a fabulous time at this location. We were looking to just relax and visit and this was the perfect place. Large enough to spread out, very clean and comfortable, quiet and serene. This was the perfect place to enjoy time together. The host was easy to communicate with and made sure we were doing fine. I highly recommend this property!

Amazing view

Great Stay!

Beautiful views and property. Everything was great. The kitchen is incredibly well equipped with a vitamix, airfryer, waffle maker, ice cream maker, keurig, espresso machine, AND drip coffee maker. The saltwater hot tub was the cherry on top.

Everything was great!

Beautiful property, location and views! Very comfortable house with everything you need. Enjoyed the hot tub and ice cream maker. Freeland was an easy spot to get what you need and explore the rest of the island. Wish we could have stayed longer!
