This cozy condo sits on the in the center of Summer Sands and is located on the 2nd floor. Just steps away from the beach walkover. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch as the sun rises over the Gulf. Summer Sands condo complex is located directly across the street from the beach and is directly on Gulf Blvd.

This bright and roomy unit has a queen size bed and a flat screen tv in the master which has its own sliding door to the back balcony. The back balcony is a great place to hang out and enjoy the sunsets over the Santa Rosa Sound.

The spacious and bright guest bedroom offers 2 twin size beds with a center window for extra light . Both the master and guest bedroom will share a spacious bath.

Hanging out in the spacious family room with the entire family will not be a problem in the condo. The family room offers a fold out couch for 2, a love seat, and a flat screen smart tv to watch your favorite streaming shows on sling tv.

The galley kitchen has been refreshed and has all the amenities of home. Also, there is a full size washer and dryer located next to the kitchen. Enjoy cooking your own meals and having plenty of space for the family to eat at the spacious breakfast room table. A souvenir shop , bike, and golf cart rentals are located on the ground floor. Enjoy your stay.

Very nice condo and good location

We stayed in this condo for 4 days and it was a good pick! The price was very reasonable. The only downfall is you can’t see the ocean from this location. Personally would have loved to hear the waves crashing on the shoreline but it was in a good location. It was within walking distance to the ocean which was located directly across the street. I loved sitting out on the back balcony in the mornings drinking my coffee. Communication between the property owners was great and answered all questions. If we come to Navarre again I would stay here again.

There was a slight odor of old cigarette smoke, but it was tolerable, other than that the unit was clean and wonderfully cool. I like the idea of us not having to strip the beds on departure . Definitely will see if the unit is available for my next visit. Only suggestion you for improvement is eliminating that smell.

Clean Unit Great Location

The unit was extremely clean and had all the amenities we desired. Having a front porch and back porch was nice as 1 was cooler in the mornings and the other was cooler in the afternoon. The walking distance to the beach and Inter Coastal waterway was really nice. The other tenants in the building were very informative and cordial. We will definely stay here again.

Great location

You could see the ocean from the balcony. Just a short walk across the street. Unfortunately this location of the beach is very busy so after day 1 we chose to drive to different locations that are not has populated. There are people living on the 3rd story of this building and possibly whomever was above us moved in on the last night of our stay. They made noise all night from 10pm, 2am, 4am, 6am… never stopped dropping stuff on the floor, walking back and forth, sliding things across the floor. They made so much noise which didn’t help when you have a long drive home the next morning. Totally out of control for the owners of this property. Everything else was great!

Great time 10 days

Quiet neighborhood, close to water , had a blast swimming, crab hunting and doing beach scavenger hunts. Grocery stores close by . Had a blast plan to return.
