Oceanfront 2Bed 2Bath Condo with Large Balcony & Amazing views

This View! So many things were important to us when selecting a condo to purchase but we know that pretty much everything can be changed or updated except the view and that is what attracted us to this property. Crescent Sands at Windy Hill is a relatively small complex with only 6 floors. It is family friendly and quiet. Our unit (E-2) is just off the elevator and offers beautiful ocean views from both the living room and primary bedroom. Multiple renovations were completed once we purchased the condo in November 2021.
Condo is conveniently located close to Barefoot Landing and many amazing restaurants and has private washer/dryer in the unit.
HOA prohibits renters from bringing pets.

The property was great and well represented by the pictures. It was well stocked with plenty of beach equipment, which was a huge plus. Another huge plus is the balcony and the view of the ocean. The owner is easy to communicate with and the check process was super simple. All the information you needed as far as door and gate codes, Wi-Fi passwords, and instructions on using the TV were easily accessible. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this condo.

Our condo was well stocked for any cooking we wanted to do. We had extra pillows in the bed!!! The recliners in the living room were awesome. We had trouble with the TV in the master bedroom and the washing machine kept on shutting off and we had to restart it. The closet with beach items had a lot in!!! I would recommend this place. It was very clean.

Easy checkin, no need to some building to get keys and wristbands. Same for checkout. Coffee pot didn’t work. Nice to have beach stuff in closet but it need to gone thru for broken items. Blackout curtains were nice.

We had a great stay. We spent lots of time debating where to stay for a Ripken tournament, and were so glad we chose this condo! It was clean and spacious, laundry in the unit was a huge plus, and being across from Barefoot Landing gives easy access to amazing restaurants and a great vibe! So much better than being in a high-rise resort or hotel. And the balcony was perfection!

Summer Beach Getaway

My family enjoyed a weeklong escape to the beach this summer. The condo was perfect for our needs. My only "watch out" would be ....the building is nextdoor to public beach access which made the beach area very crowded. Other than that, it was a fantastic vacation.

Well worth it

You wont be sorry. It’s everything as described and more. The most important thing for us is cleanliness and this was definitely clean. Wonderful restaurants around the area and the place has every utensil you may need so if you want to cook a meal on a rainy day you are all set. The view is amazing. A perfect place to recharge. We would definitely book this condo again.

Wonderful spot on the beach

This place has everything we needed. The kids had so much fun at the beach. The first night there I sat on the balcony for a long time listening to the waves and watching the moon rise over the ocean. Couldn't ask for a better place to relax.

Perfect Vacation Rental!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. From the oceanfront views to the quiet neighborhood streets and convenient location to stores and restaurants we couldn't have asked for anything more. The condo is as pictured and clean. Beds were comfortable. Added bonus of linens and towels provided and a storage room with beach chairs and toys. We have stayed at many locations in North Myrtle and Myrtle over the last several years and this is by far the best rental. We will definitely book this condo again on our next trip. Laura was fantastic with answers to questions and thought of everything to provide a relaxing get away!

Clean condo with a view

The condo was very clean and recently renovated. We could enjoy our coffee from the living room or the balcony. We love that area of North Myrtle Beach and will continue to use this location!

Lovely stay

This was our first VRBO experience. Condo was clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was in place including beach chairs and an umbrella. Beautiful Beach was just a few steps away. I may have enjoyed being in walking distance to some shops and restaurants but otherwise a great experience. Seems like October was the perfect time for fewer crowds and temperatures that weee just right.

Beautiful Condo!!

The pictures in this room shown are exactly what the condo looks like, but even better!! This whole condo was super clean!! I loved the beach theme, the bed was so comfy, as well as the recliners in the living room! The kitchen had everything you needed. The bathrooms were pretty, and a bonus was a stackable washer/dryer! But the best part was that it was directly on the ocean, and the views from the living room and master bedroom were breathtaking! I loved sleeping with the screen door opened listening to the waves at night! It was very peaceful and quiet being that it was off season which my husband and I loved! No need to bring beach chairs or umbrellas...this condo had a room stored with all the beach stuff! Laura the owner was very nice and was always available to answer any questions we had! We will always book this condo from now on when we visit North Myrtle Beach!

Crescent Sands E-2 is the place to stay

I really enjoyed my stay at Crescent Sands E-2. It is conveniently located to stores, restaurants, and entertainment. I loved everything about the condo. There was a panoramic view of the ocean. It was very clean, updated and beautifully decorated. Everything one would need was provided anywhere from household products to books and entertainment. There's a separate closet outside the condo filled with beach supplies. The communication with Laura the owner was excellent. She made herself available at anytime. I recommend this place highly for a pleasant stay. I definitely will be returning!

Perfect Location

Stellar property!

My family has been coming to WHCS for 30 years and this unit was hands down the lovliest unit we have stayed in. The owners made us feel very at home in their condo and were extremely attentive to any questions, or needs, that we had. Thank you Laura and Buck for a wonderfully relaxing vacation in NMB. Unexpected Short Stay

My family and I planned on staying for 7 days but Tropical Storm Debby had other plans in mind. We were unsure what to do but worked with the owner who went above and beyond for us. We were extremely sad and disappointed to leave after 2 days but happy we rented from someone who was understanding. Will definitely come back again. Enjoyed the time we had in the condo. Wonderful owner.

Crescent Sands condo

This beautiful condi has a fantastic location in North Myrtle Beach. My husband, daughter, 2 young grandchildren, and i enjoyed our week there. The condo is well equipped and very clean. We'd gladly rent it again.

Buck and I live in Midlothian, VA just south of Richmond. Buck is a self employed general contractor and I work for a large financial institution. We own a condo in Panama City, FL which we renovated and rent since purchasing in late 2020. We are excited as North Myrtle Beach is much closer to allow us to take advantage of any open dates. We both love the beach could never tire of listening to the ocean.

Crescent Sands in Windy Hill met our must have requirements: 1) small complex and 2) direct ocean front view and access. We have learned that we can work with the layout and make updates to better suit our tastes but the view has to be perfect and this one is.
