The lower level features a separate entrance, 1 Bedroom, 1 full Bathroom, Laundry Room, and an open-concept Living Room with work desk.

Our living room is equipped with a high quality projector for a great theatre experience from the comfort of your home! It is a very large living area with plenty of comfortable seating and a fireplace well suited for spending quality time with friends and family.

The 2nd Living Room is located on the lower level with a work station. Relax on the comfortable Mid Century sofa and enjoy watching many of our complimentary streaming services or just have some alone time to yourself!

Please feel free to use the 2 car garage, however no remotes or entry codes are given to guests so garage can only be opened and closed from the inside.

We’re more than happy to provide you with complimentary streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN during your stay. However, please remember to not make any sort of purchases (sport events/tickets, movies rental etc.) from our account or you will be billed for those purchases afterwards.
