Welcome to Cold Creek Cottage! This stylish 3-bedroom, 2-full bath home is walkable to Downtown Alpharetta and near Avalon. Enjoy easy access to restaurants, shopping, and parks from this home. Location, location, location!

This one-level ranch home was restored with boutique luxury finishes, modern furnishing, and plenty of spunk. The kitchen and bathrooms were designed for a high-end boho retreat feel. The home also has a private backyard, deck and fire pit area.

My family and I recently stayed here. The house is beautifully appointed and accommodating. There’s plenty of room and it was very clean. There was a festival in Alpharetta and the shops were fun. I highly recommend the restaurant Crust for great Italian food. We did takeout. We will be back!

This property was just as advertised and in an ideal location in Alpharetta. Close enough to experience downtown but secluded enough at the back of a wooded court to feel quiet southern charm. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location & great with dog

They thought of everything we may have needed and it was very clean. Excellent location with only a 10 minute walk to the coffee shop downtown! It has a great yard for a dog that is fenced in on 3 sides. I would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect spot for family to gather

We were in town for our daughter’s wedding and needed a home base. This spot was perfect- clean and nicely decorated, open with space outside to enjoy the spring weather. Mari was super responsive to my questions. The location was great for walking to downtown Alpharetta and a quick drive to Avalon. - excellent for all ages of adults!

Oir stay was excellent. Property was just as described and very, very clean. The open floorplan was great for our family to gather and connect as we were there for Thanksgiving. Kitchen had everythingvwe needed to cook and the backyard was great. We would definitely book this place again.
