Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. It’s two minute from Mall of Georgia, 10 mins from Lake Lanier, and only about 30 mins from Downtown Atlanta. It’s literally next to a commercial business building in buford on a main road. Just minutes from many near by restaurants. No HOA with lots of space for parking for a large group.
Again this amazing property is newly renovated (2022) inside with all new furnitures and supplies with most comforting experience . All memory foam beds and smart TVs, high speed internet and entertainment rooms with pool table. Greatly Convenience location minutes from many attractions and restaurants with beautiful relaxing corner lot with privacy’s and no HOA. Newly renovated home with All new furnitures and supplies with spacious rooms and large patio decking around swimming pool for your outside entertainments and family gatherings. All new supplies for cleaning and comfort with spacious experience so you can enjoy your stay.

Host was very responsive. Pool table was liked by teens and home was very large and would accommodate large crowd. Had nice in ground pool but weather wasn't good so couldn't use it.

The location was very nice and communicated very well with the owners. The beds were very comfortable. Would recommend getting a new pool table and update some sofas for living areas. Very nice place with private gardens pool. Had some small issues but overall pleased. Could use some pullout or bunk beds in the game room

Can’t thank our hostess and host for a fabulous time!!!! The house and its accusations were everything viewed and more! We will definitely be coming back and staying longer! Thank you so much for all you did, the comfy beds, the response quickness you gave, the relaxing pool and firepit area!!!!! It was helped making spending time with 4 generations memorable

This house was perfect for our family as we celebrated our son’s marriage. It accommodated our family and was perfect to host the groomsmen and their wives to a brunch the day of the wedding!

Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay while visiting family. Hosts were clear with directions on how to access everything. The inside of the house and deck has some wear and tear that could use attending to, but for our needs, everything was fine. The house is conveniently located to all the local businesses.

Overall we had a good time. The property manager was quick to respond to messages. The kitchen could use more pots and pans, can opener, glasses, etc. The stove would stop working while cooking, but eventually would reset. More towels in kitchen and bathrooms would be nice. Despite the minor inconveniences we would rent again.

Hidden Gem

I began searching in September for an overnight place to host a surprise dinner party and sleepover for my daughter who was turning 18 during the Christmas holidays. After many declines, I found this home and I am so glad I did. From the very first communication, the owner was responsive and helpful. The home is great and served our needs perfectly. It was clean, convenient to shopping for last-minute items, and fast food. The kids even built a fire in the fire pit to bring in the new year. One thing and this could be very small to some was the unstable wifi which I'm not sure the owner has control over. Even with that it was a wonderful experience.

Nice house but it needs A LOT of work ! Too expensive for what we received! The house has several things broken. The futon in the play room is broken, the back door locks were broken, kitchen drawers broken, shelves were stained, pot and pans dirty and stained. One of the beds was broken and it was sitting on a piece of wood, bedroom door broken. House needs a good paint job Pool area had couple chairs broken, pool handle broken, grilled didn’t have gas.

Not impressed

Here are a few of the things I am had trouble with… The Futon was broken so that reduced sleep space. Doors were broken and missing knobs One bed is on 2x4 blocks One air mattress was very dirty the other wouldn’t stay inflated There was only seating for dining 6 people and 6 in living area.The door and toilet are cracked in the upstairs hall bathroom and the shower did not operate properly. There were not adequate hangers for us to hang clothes and not enough drawer space. I think some minor improvements and upgrades would make the stay more comfortable. The owner was polite and responded when I mentioned some things that were wrong, but they could not accommodate a new place or offer a discount as a result of the things mentioned. We made do, but will not be staying at this property again.

Roaches and insects

So I arrived with my family to the house. There was a horrible odor. It was a stale smell. Didn’t smell fresh or clean at all. The walls were dirty, two tvs only one working. No closet doors. Our dated and cheap furniture. Linen were dirty and old. And what took the cake was roaches. We took pictures of it. Sent to host. We explained we could not stay here in its condition and we also could not risk taking roaches back home with us. The refused to refund us. We were there from 6pm to 8pm. We couldn’t take it. We left. Had to spend 4k on hotel rooms to accommodate our family size and lost the money from this booking. It should be illegal to rent a home in this condition. And even more illegal to keep the money after proof of bugs were sent. Please do not book this house. Run!!!

A good stay.

First off, communication with the property owner was seamless and enjoyable. The property itself was clean and had most of what we needed. A can opener & kitchen towels in the kitchen; a few more bath towels for the bathrooms--to name a few things. The beds were really comfortable with extra blankets as needed. We wished the pool was heated, but that is a future change that the owner said will happen. While we were there a fire pit was built so that was a fantastic addition that we were able to enjoy. It was a good stay! Thanks again!

Close to Lake Lanier

The location was very convenient. We were close to lake lanier and a very nice Vineyard called Cloudland. The Owner kept the house clean and the outside living was fantastic.

Enjoyed the nice sized pool everyday!!! Easy check in with excellent response times with any questions we had. Plenty of space for everyone with 5 beds total. Easy to find and close to all the necessities with food and shopping. Hope to be back again sometime!!!!

Family time

7 adults, 3 generations came from out of state for a family wedding.So very nice to be in a house rather than hotel rooms. The house was spacious. We enjoyed the backyard Gazebo poolside area, some played pool, and everyone had a very comfortable bed. Only wish our 3 night stay could have been longer. I really appreciated Minh answering questions propmtly. Great memories for my first time to Georgia.
