Weekend stay

It was a perfect stay for my daughter’s prom. Centrally located near Nexton, Azalea Square, downtown Summerville and the Coan event space. Smaller house but spacious and updated on the inside.

Great family visit

This house was great space to visit with family. My great grandkids played in the fenced in back yard - plenty of space. We used the kitchen a lot! My 93 year old mother stayed with us and could use her rollator and get around well.The master bath shower area is pretty small, but there was lots of closet space. When the air conditioning went out, the host sent a company to work on it promptly. Parking was great - washer and dryer much appreciated.

The property was clean and close to the airport (about 20 min). Home owners were easily accessible.

The TV in the living room looks like it well fall out of the wall sometime. The smell of mold hit us hard when we came in.. The garage needs more ventilation seeing that’s were the smell was coming from. The shower curtain rod could get replaced. The sub floor in the kitchen should be looked at.. other than that very spacious..

Just a weekend.

This location was great. Easy access to I-26 for getting to downtown. Lots of food options near by. Priced appropriately. We had plenty of room to chill and relax. Just to let you know, there are no frills here. For example, I love a firm mattress, however most of the ones here I found to be hard not firm. But one of the pillows on the master bedroom bed was amazing! (I'm currently trying to find that pillow to purchase.) Thanks for the stay.

Deadbolts to backyard and garage didn’t work properly. Freezer shelves inoperable. Stove and fridge dirty on arrival. No chest of drawers in bedrooms Location was great and overall clean and comfortable

Great location for us

The house worked out perfectly for us. Adult children, 96 year old mother, and ourselves -- visiting SC for my brother's 50th Anniversary. The bedrooms, and living space were comfortable and clean. Location was 3 miles from my brother, 2 miles from the hotel where my other brother was staying, and close enough to Charleston to do some tourist things.

Really enjoyed staying here. Met all our needs: * Rooms and beds were great. * Living room space was plenty for 7 * Kitchen had plenty of space for all of us to sit and visit as well as cook. * Washer and dryer was great * Wifi and TV top notch * Back yard great This a must if you want your monies worth.
