This large (1250sq ft) condo is perfect for families looking for some space to enjoy family time together. The condo has three great spacious bedrooms and a large dining room table to seat the whole family. Bottom floor condo is great so you don’t have to climb stairs. The condo is located 5 minutes to amazing restaurants and a theme park, and a close drive to the beautiful Alabama/Florida beaches.

Great host!

Our host was great; quick to respond and helpful. The condo was perfect for our family; and a close drive to the foley sports complex as we were staying for a softball tournament.

Nice property and location, poor amenities and service

Good property as far as location. Property was not thoroughly cleaned out when we checked in. Found women's undergarments and half empty bottle of whiskey in night stand. Internet only worked two days while we were there for the entire week. Bought bags of ice since ice maker did not make ice for first 5 days we were there. Owner's did respond quickly but was told internet could not be fixed till the following week. will definitely stay in gulf shores next time and not foley

Park Ave Condo -

Check in was easy, great communication with owner, condo was as pictured, comfortable bed, Everything is there that you might need, games for kids Location was close to all that Foley offers, as well as grocery stores, and close to our favorite , Fish River Grill !! Quiet at night, loved the screened in porch for morning coffee ! Would definitely stay again !

Close to Everything!!!

Great location!!! Very clean Love the easy access
ground floor !! Only thing missing was hair dryer Cleaning lady very nice

If you plan to enjoy OWA, this is the best place to stay!

This is our second time staying at this property and will continue to stay here! Everything about it is great, from the cleanliness of everything to the things provided to make your stay easier to the super-fast response time from David! The area is very laid back and quiet, you are 2 minutes from Walmart and restaurants, and 5 minutes from OWA! The beds and the couch are SUPER COMFORTABLE, and the kitchen has just about everything you could ask for from dishes to cookware to a crock pot to a George Forman and everything in between! This place is truly like a home away from home! I can't say enough good things about this place! If you are looking to stay in Foley, take my word for it and go ahead and book this property!

Convenient location

Perfect Stay

Needed a place for two nights for a youth basketball tournament. This was perfect location to beaches, facilities, and shopping. Will definitely book again.

Great stay

This was a nice place, lots of sleeping space and convenient to shopping and restaurants. Property owner was great. Communicated well. Check in and check out was easy. Very glad we stayed and would stay again.
