Beautifully remodeled beach townhouse with private spa, elevator & gulf views!

Directly across the street from the beach with 2 beach access points. 300 yds north or 300yds south. Great views of the gulf from the 3rd floor balcony. This 4-bedroom 3-full bathroom property can sleep 10 (8 Adults) Private in-ground heated spa, elevator and 2 car garage.

Location

Property is located in the mix of everything. Walk to Indian Shores Coffee or Salt Rock Grill. Pickle ball courts are a few blocks away! If you want to try a dive bar (and I mean dive) the best one around is located one block from the property. A quick drive north or south will offer you many different restaurants to choose from. Plenty of ice cream shops to explore. Smugglers Cove Adventure Golf is just up the road. Publix Grocery store & WalMart are 4 miles away. Clearwater is a 20 minute drive north. Tampa International Airport is 35 minutes away.

Property Layout

Walk in from the spa area and up to the main living. We have an elevator for all your luggage and groceries! On the main living floor you walk into the kitchen, off to the right is one guest bedroom with a queen bed and TV along with your own balcony. The main living floor has a laundry room with stack-able front loading washer and dryer. Full size bath on main living floor. Living room with 55" Roku enabled TV and dining area. Bar off kitchen has 4 benches for additional seating. Large balcony off living room has a new 8 top table. Continue up to the third floor and you have the master with beautifully remodeled en suite with closet, another guest bedroom with queen bed, ceiling fan and smart TV. Another bedroom with queen bed and a set of single bunk beds great for kids, friends and cousins! These bedrooms share a full bath with tub.

***Upon renting the unit, please send copy of your photo ID . Guests then will be emailed a rental agreement through DocuSign.***

***When available, 3 day rentals with be charged an additional $50 admin fee***

Prime beach location

The house is in a great location for walking to various places for coffee, Beach, etc. It is clean and well equipped. The owner was responsive and polite. Great overall experience.

Great for a big group.

This house is amazing. Beautiful decor, location was great, fully stocked and all around wonderful! We stayed last weekend and had a great time. The owners were so easy to work with and I would highly recommend this property!

Great upscale place, easy walk to the beach.

We had a blast playing at the beach enjoying the hot tub I am taking in Florida‘s golf coast. This upscale property is really nice. The three levels made for some pretty nice views.

Great locatoin

House was very clean and very convenient. Had everything we would need and was very comfortable. Elevator very helpful for bringing in groceries and luggage. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect place to stay

Excellent rental. Owners were fantastic and were even able to let us in early on our day of arrival. Place was spotless, instructions were clear and the location was perfect. Highly recommend this rental. There were only four of us but this place could easily have comfortably accommodated 10 adults.

Perfect!

Perfect for our mini vacation! Classy, very clean, & comfortable. Loved the hot tub, balconies, and location. The elevator and 2-car attached garage were a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again if we return to this area. Thanks Gerise for sharing your beach house with us!

Wonderful!

Perfect home for our family of five plus grandparents to spend the week and not feel on top of one another. Enjoyed having all the beach supplies we could think about needing supplied for us and the hot tub in the evening was fantastic! Communication with the host was easy and always very prompt. Great place to stay!

What a GREAT property!

The property was gorgeous and the location was very convenient for access to the beach. We appreciated all the "little things" that were thoughtfully included. 2023 Family Vacation

We enjoyed every moment of our time in Indian Shores. The property was large enough to accommodate all 7 of us comfortably and the house was stocked with more than what we needed during our stay. The owners communicated well with us and we appreciate them sharing their home!

Great location and great supplies!

This house is in a great location! Not right on the beach but just one street over. The house has everything you need for a beach vacation. Chairs, towels, cooler, etc. There are great restaurants and bars within walking distance too. We would definitely go back!

Easter Break Family Trip

Home was perfect size for our family of 8. The beach equipment was some of the best provided items we have ever had- plenty of chairs, coolers, toys, etc. Communication was spot on for any questions or concerns we had. Great part of Gulf Blvd with access to beach and plenty of restaurants. Looking forward to booking again 😁

Grandma’s 90th birthday celebration

Comfortable townhouse with plenty of room for everyone! Nice sidewalks for walking. It was cold and windy most of our stay but several got a nice walk on the beach. There are plenty of beach chairs and a cart for beach use. Highly recommend!

Our stay in Indian Shores could not have been more perfect! The house is immaculate and Brad and Kristin were wonderful to work with. They went above and beyond in equipping the house with items to make your stay more comfortable and the beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys were an extra special touch. Beautiful, spacious and so comfortable!

This home is exactly as it appears in the photos. It is beautifully decorated. Spacious and well stocked. We had an amazing cousins get together. Brad and Kristen were wonderful to work with and responded to everything within minutes. Would definitely rent this unit again. Great location.

Perfect location

This home was wonderful. Brad and his wife were so helpful when we had a quick question while staying at the home. They had games for the kids to play and the balconies were wonderful to sit on and watch the sunset and the ocean. It is a quick walk to the beach and the beach was open and not crowded. It really was a wonderful home away from home. We will definitely rebook again with them. It was perfect for the two families.

Christmas reunion

Our visit to the St. Pete area was lots of fun, despite missing half of the family and chilly weather. The house was perfect; immaculate, comfortable and a great location. The weather made beaching and sunsets difficult, but have great potential later in the winter/spring. Many thanks to the Thompson’s for hosting us.

Family trip for daughters Graduation.

The property was great. It had everything we needed and plenty of bedrooms for our family. It was clean and had a nice view of the beach from our bedroom. We did have one small issue and Gerise responded quickly and it was fixed in just a couple of hours. She was very responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

This property was far more than the pictures show! Our group was so impressed with the beauty of the home, cleanliness, and space! It is about a block from the beach aces point, but even with kids, it was an easy walk! They have everything beach related you could need! We will definitely book again!

Great unit!

The unit was as described in the listing/pictures. Everything needed for a great beach vacation was there! Plenty of beach chairs and toys for all. The public beach access is about a 5-minute walk south of the unit.

Indian Shores Stay!

We had such an amazing stay at Gerise & Steve’s property on Indian Shores! Gerise was super responsive to all of the questions we had prior to our stay & even allowed us to move up our check in time to fit our need. The house was beautiful, spacious, clean & had an amazing view. There are multiple fun places to visit within walking distance & not to mention, the beach access was just steps away! We would all highly recommend this property & Gerise & Steve as your hosts! We will definitely be back to visit soon!

I have been fortunate enough to travel to many destinations around the world ; a two week trip to Europe with my son in 2016 and 12 days in South Africa with a friend in 2017 are my two favorites! I can't wait for my next international trip.
