Directement sur le golfe avec la plage juste à côté de votre jardin, cette maison de plage haut de gamme récemment rénové dispose de 3 chambres, un bureau avec connexion Internet haut débit, canapé-lit et 2 salles de bain complètes. Regardez nos magnifiques couchers de soleil en Floride depuis le pont supérieur ou le patio inférieur, profitez de la plage ou détendez-vous en lisant un livre tout en écoutant les vagues!

Le grand patio couvert, qui donne sur la cour arrière du golfe, est parfait pour tout, des barbecues aux réunions formelles et intimes.

Juste un court trajet en voiture au sud de John's Pass Village ou au nord de Clearwater Beach, où vous pourrez profiter de boutiques, restaurants, bateaux et location de jet ski, pêche, et des croisières de jeu ou de dîner.

This was a wonderful house to stay. The proximity to the beach was amazing- you could not have been closer. It's also very close to shops and restaurants. The house was well equipped and comfortable. Highly recommend!

We were a family of 10 with 2 little ones! This was the perfect spot for everyone! To be able to wander out to the beach anytime while staying close was such a gift! We didn’t have to worry about bringing anything for fun-totally equipped for beach fun! The picnic area below was fabulous to eat together while little ones safely played with toys and out in fenced yard. Relaxing together on the beautiful deck was the best—of course sunsets were unforgettable! We are all scheming to make this happen again because it was such a wonderful time for all! Next time we will book for a few more days too!! Thank you Kathleen for your personal touches AND for going the extra mile sending a little something our grandkids forgot directly to our home! It’s obvious you understand family and there is no doubt it brings you joy to be able to share this treasure with others!!

Perfect getaway

Kathleen was an amazing host, always prompt to respond, checked in during our stay to make sure everything was going well and even let us check in early which was a huge plus because we got In from virginia earlier than expected with two small kids. The house was very clean, beds were really comfortable, it had everything we needed to relax on the beach AND it was right on the water, which again was super ideal with two small kids coming back from the beach. Will definitely book with her again!

Perfect Getaway

Location, location, location. With a beautiful stretch of beach right in your backyard, what more could you ask for? The house had plenty of space for us and our kids, and had pretty much everything we needed for the week. Kathleen answered questions very quickly and was very responsive in all interactions. We can't wait to come back!

Amazing place!

Place was easy to find and plenty of parking space for 2-3 cars(we only had one but plenty of space for more) we found the place to be clean and comfortable! Perfect location on the beach with very short trail from back gate to the sand. Back porch is amazing views for coffee in morning or watch the sunset. The place had plenty of space inside we never felt cramped for the 4 of us and could have accommodated more easily. We would definitely revisit this house and area!

Perfection

This was a great house for our family. It works so well for families with smaller children. The yard is fenced and they had freedom to be outside. There is even a wild bunny, which they loved. A thumbs up to a house that meets the needs for a carefree time.

Wonderful house on the beach

We just spent a week at the Sundowner. The house had everything we needed. It was roomy and very clean. We were surprised to find fresh flowers and a gift basket upon arrival. The waves on the gulf are gentle and the sunsets so beautiful. Down a small path and we were at the water and we had a beautiful view from the deck. We are planning to stay there again.

We love sharing our beach home with guests like Pam and James, who so thoroughly enjoy and appreciate the beach and the home's amenities and take care of it like it's their own! We are very happy they enjoyed themselves & created more memories here and so look forward to their next stay!!

Spent a week in May at the Sundowner with my nieces and their kids. Fun was had by all! The layout of the house works great with kids and the beds are very comfy. By far the best part is the porch with it's breeze and fantastic view. Plenty of amenities and close to stores and restaurants. Definitely a winner!

Great beach house

Our family had a wonderful time and Kathleen was a fabulous host with some of the best communication you will ever see from a host. My wife and I had our 4 kids with us (ages 4-11) and the proximity to the beach was just incredible. The house was as advertised. Very easy to log in and out of the TVs for Netflix, Prime, Disney, etc. The ability to walk to dinner at various restaurants was also amazing. The access to the stroller was also really nice for pushing our 4 year old around if we needed a stroller. We would stay here again and our family had a wonderful time at the beach and this house.

We had an emergency last-minute booking. The owner was super responsive and helpful in working out details in a very short amount of time. Quick reminder for review readers: if you have a larger group: bring your own extra toilet paper!!

Beautiful on the beach

Beautiful property right on the beach. We had a great time. Only small thing was that we did notice some small sugar ants in various rooms and the primary shower had a small crack in the floor making the floor soft in one spot. But that didn’t change the fact that we had a great time and we would come back again! Communication was superb with the property manager.

We had a lovely beach wedding at the house on April 29th. As soon as we saw it we knew it was perfect! The house is beautiful and the beach was the perfect backdrop. Waking up every morning to the sound of waves was so relaxing. Sunsets were a daily special event. The Steele's were very friendly and helpful. They even had a special gift basket for us. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to all my friends!

Kathleen is AMAZING!!

The house was just as described. Beautiful view of the ocean! Love the fenced yard. Outside shower was so convenient to wash all the sand off when you walk back on your private pathway from the beach! Kathleen was the most helpful host ever!!! She went above and beyond with anything we needed. She also left a gift & fresh flowers. Thank you for our memorable stay Kathleen!!!

Beautiful views and great layout!

This property was perfect for our family. We loved the convenient location, easy beach access, and the beautiful views from the deck. The owner was excellent to work with, the property was clean, and was well-stocked with everything we could need including beach towels and even extra sunscreen! She literally thought of everything. One thing I always worry about is how comfortable the beds and pillows will be, but they were all very comfortable here. I liked that two bedrooms were located at the rear of the house away from the living area in case someone wanted to sleep while others stayed up visiting. We have stayed in this area several times and this is our favorite property to date.
