First floor apartment located 1.5 blocks to the beach and boardwalk. This 2bdrm/1bath features a screened-in porch and a shared outside shower making it a perfect beach retreat! Window A/C units keep this place cool. **1Queen+1Single, 1Double+1Single** Sleeps 6.
Please Note: Lease will be emailed from a local real estate company. There is no refund for cancellation through VRBO. However, Crowley Assoc. does offer a cancellation policy separately which is stated in the lease agreement.
Once your reservation is confirmed, further correspondence will be directly with our office and/or your agent who will reach out and email a lease providing additional, relevant information.
Tenants need to provide their own Linens, towels & paper products. Ask your agent or our office for linen package options in our area.
VRBO collects the 4.5% State tax, however, does not collect the Rehoboth Beach accommodations tax of 7% This amount will be noted in your lease and is payable directly to Crowley via check, debit or credit card.
Effective Jan 1, 2025, a State Tax of 4.5% has been incorporated by the State of DE in addition to the municipality accommodations tax (currently 7% in Rehoboth).
After Labor Day availability and rates must be confirmed with the property owner by Crowley Assoc.
