5 Star - LUX Howdy House at The Estates! Our 4 bedroom 4.5 bathroom modern luxurious home is perfect for you and yours to call Home. Located off Holleman Drive in College Station, TX, this home has it all: chic and modern designer touches, comfort, location and a fantastic community pool! Come stay in the heart of College Station where everything you need is just around the corner. Enjoy the super fast speed of our 1 gigabyte WIFI during your stay.

Upon entering you will be greeted with high ceilings and an abundance of natural light in the open concept floorplan. The first floor living room, dining room and kitchen flow seamlessly together making entertaining a breeze.

The living room has a stunningly comfortable couch and two swivel chairs around our 75 inch smart TV. Rest your feet on our large ottoman and enjoy some popcorn which watching a movie or the game. The dining room table has seating for 6. Our massive island has 4 bar stools and ample counter space. The kitchen is outfitted with brand new appliances and a coffee bar. Our fully stocked kitchen is ready for you and yours to use during your stay. No detail has been overlooked.

Just off the dining room is the spa like half bath. Our soaring mirrors wow throughout the home. The laundry room is also on the first floor and the washer and dryer are yours to use during your stay. Thru the laundry room you will find the entrance to the two-car garage. You may park and use the garage.

Upstairs four large suites await you! They are located in the four corners of the home. For ultimate privacy, each bedroom is outfitted with 8-foot solid core doors. All bedrooms are appointed with king beds, plush carpet, a smart TV, a full en-suite bathroom with shower tub combos, large vanities, toiletries, hair dryers, plush towels and makeup towels and a walk-in closet. Each bedroom has soft and luxurious bedding with comfortable mattresses and a sitting chair. We hope our suites provide you both comfort and privacy during your stay.

The community pool is just one house down! Enjoy the Texas weather out by the relaxing and luxurious pool that has ample loungers surrounding it.

Parking is limited to two cars in the garage, two cars underneath the awning/front of home and one in front of the garage. The spaces to the left of the garage are tight so please be extra careful when parking. Additional parking can be found around the community pool just one house down.

The Estates is a brand new development located just off Holleman drive. We are right down the road from HEB, Wolf Pen Creek Park, Target, Starbucks, HomeGoods, Napa Flats, Harvey Washbanger (amazing Hamburgers), Chick-Fil-A, Salata, Hobby Lobby, Champion Pizza, Old Navy, Twin Liquors, Freebirds, Outback Steakhouse, entertainment and more!

***We are located in a new high density development off Holleman. Parking is limited to two cars in the garage, one in front of the garage, two under the awning/porch and guest parking one house down in front of the pool. There are very limited spaces. You can park on the next street over - Richards or outside the fence of the development.

**We cannot guarantee there will always be propane for the grill.***
***Guests will agree to report and pay for any damage done to the property during their stay. *** We reserve the right to cancel your reservation, alert Airbnb/authorities, if necessary, if any of our house rules are being violated or if our home is being mistreated or damaged. ***

If you break something, it’s your duty and your responsibility to report it.
All doors are to be shut swiftly upon entry and exit.
Please take your shoes off upon entering.
The garage door must be closed if not in use.
NO pets allowed.
NO candles, glitter, confetti, or plug in air fresheners are allowed in the home.
Nothing is permitted to be hung on the walls whatsoever (no tape, nails, command strips etc.)
NO Events are allowed.
Please be kind to our walls going up and down the stairs.
NO Smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the property. Any smell of smoke will result in a $250 fine plus the cost of professional cleaning.
Please Lock the doors, return the keys, turn off all fans and lights upon leaving.
Please place all furniture back where you found it.
Please wash, dry and return any used dishes or kitchen items to their correct place.

Parking is limited to 2 cars in the garage, 2 under the awning and 1 in front of the garage. Additional parking can be found around the pool and guests can also park in the shopping center across Holleman Drive.

Trash is to be placed in the garbage bins along the ends of the middle row of homes.

Please do not use our white washcloths or towels to remove your makeup. Any ruined towels will be charged to the guests ($10) to replace.

Guests are responsible for taking all personal items out of the property at or before check out. We include a reminder in our check out instructions. The host is not responsible for any items left on site. Guests may arrange pick up of items with the hosts and under some circumstances we will mail items for a $50 fee along with the cost of shipment.

Please treat our home like it is your own! We want to be able to provide services for our guests for years to come and your kindness and consideration helps make that happen.
