Perfect Golfer's Condo: 4 bed/4 private bath @ TPC MB Golf Club + near Beach!

Luxury 1800 sq. ft. 4 bed/4 private bath condo + large screened in porch, located beside TPC Myrtle Beach Golf Club. Amazing Location: walkable to grocery/restaurants + minutes to many golf courses and the beach!

We are new owners but I have been in property management for 13 years. The previous owner was a Superhost who rented this property for several years with 4.86 reviews score and we plan to keep it the same, great experience!

The condo is a spacious, open concept with 4 private bedrooms, all with their own TVs, ceiling fans, beautiful tray ceilings and connecting bathrooms! Featuring hardwood floors, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, tile bathrooms and showers, washer/dryer, sit up breakfast bar and screened in back porch with private wooded views. NOTE: We do have a RING doorbell camera that records motion outside the front door.

The condo is in a wonderful location: Less than 10 minutes to multiple golf courses, shopping and many awesome restaurants including the world famous Marsh Walk! We provide a free parking pass to Huntington State Park, which is a very nice public beach access and State Park.

The place was perfectly located, clean and in great shape. We really liked the fact that each bedroom had its own en suite bathroom. Screened in porch was nice as well. We will definitely be back!

Golf Trip

This is an excellent place to stay for a golf trip and perfect for a 4some with the layout. Common areas and outdoor porch were also very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend. It is a bit far south for some of the better golf courses to the North, but nothing more than a 45 min drive.

Murrells Inlet Golf Trip

The property was exactly as listed in VRBO. CA great setup for golfers in Myrtle Beach to get away from the crowded areas and access to Murrells Inlet and the numerous restaurants. Highly recommended.

Outstanding!!

Matt's condo is perfect for either 4 guys or 4 couples on a golf trip. It was extremely clean and just as the VRBO description and pictures portrayed. Matt was very accommodating in letting us get into the condo a little early so we could get to our tee time. Our group will stay there whenever we go to Myrtle Beach.

Perfect golfers hangout

We stay here each year for the Veterans Tournament held in late May. It’s perfect for 4 men who prefer their own private bedroom and bathroom. The equipment is in good shape and the condo was clean when we arrived. As long as we play in Myrtl, we’ll always return here.

Golfer’s Outing

The property layout is great for 4 golfers. It was very nice to have your own private and common space. The only issue was a sink in one of the 4 rooms was inoperable for our entire stay.

Great golf weekend condo

Three friends and I stayed at this condo for a 5 day golf vacation. It is absolutely perfect for us! 4 bedrooms with 4 attached full baths provides great convenience for our group. The kitchen and living areas are also upgraded with appliances and granite countertops. Since it was March madness, the 80 inch tv was a great bonus as well. Thanks for a great place to relax and enjoy the weekend with friends!

Great stay

This was a great property. House was very clean. There were 8 guests and there was limited seating in front of the television. There was also construction of new houses next door which was very annoying early in the morning. Overall I would recommend this property for vacation but the owner should mention on the listing there is construction happening.

When you walk into this 4 bedroom/4 bath condo, you have the kitchen/dining room and living room area straight ahead. It is a very large, open concept with a lot of countertop space and seating. The living room has a 55" smart TV, couch and lazy boy chair. Located behind this space is the large screened in porch with couch, table and chairs for excellent outdoor dining and lounging.

The 4 bedrooms with attached bathrooms are located separately at all 4 corners of the floorplan, which gives everyone ultimate privacy. The bedrooms are very elegant with extensive crown molding, tray ceilings, ceiling fans and a TV. There is ample closet space and queen sized beds in each room. Each bathroom has a private spa-like floor to ceiling tiled shower with sink and granite countertops.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas stove, spacious refrigerator with ice maker. Sit up granite breakfast bar with 4 chairs next to dining room.

We are thrilled to host you and know you will love this elegant condo and its excellent location!
