“Lakeside Beach House” is a beautifully renovated, airy 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom 2-story townhome in Destin. The interior is UPDATED regulary (Jan 2025), always keeping it fresh. New flooring (no carpet), fresh paint, coastal furnishings, bedding, and new artwork. For those who need to “catch up on a little work,” there is a dedicated workspace in the living room. Calming lake views are enjoyed from the shaded private master deck and the sunny upper-level deck.

"Lakeside Beach House" is child-friendly; however, no pets, please.

King-sized bed in the master bedroom with a soothing lake view from the sliding glass doors onto the privately furnished lower deck. The master bedroom has a private full bathroom. There is a smart TV in the master bedroom.

A twin-over-full bunk bed makes up the guest room with another smart TV. The décor is delightful and makes guests feel at home! A full bathroom is just outside the door.

The sun-filled living room has a sofa and loveseat for kicking back and relaxing comfortably. The living room also has a HUGE Roku/smart TV - so remember to bring your Netflix/Amazon Prime/streaming credentials with you on your trip. With ample living room seating and two outdoor spaces to enjoy, there is more than enough room for everyone to settle in at "Lakeside Beach House."

This privately owned townhome’s kitchen is fully equipped for meals! A combo coffee pot, single cup Ninja coffee maker is available for our guests.

"Lakeside Beach House" is located in Destin in its own little neighborhood that includes 2 tennis courts, pickle ball courts, two pools, one seasonally-heated, a kiddie pool, a catch-and-release lake and…. a PRIVATE BEACH! The beach is a short stroll away, just over the beautiful footbridge, close enough to get there easily but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle of beach life. The entrance to the beach and back to the property are gated and locked. Walk out the front door and head in any direction toward fun and entertainment! Destin’s famed Harborwalk (where you’ll find activities, restaurants, and boating charters) is only 2 miles away.

The owners take great pride in providing the types of amenities they look for when traveling. You will find everything you need to cook, grill, relax, and enjoy your vacation, including a full-sized washer and dryer in the unit, power stations on each nightstand, bathroom amenities, extra beach chairs, a pack-n-play, and a booster seat for your use. Cleanliness is critical to a guest's experience, and we employ the most highly-rated housekeepers in the area. ALL linens changed between guests!

* Surveillance Device Disclosure: A security doorbell records video and audio of those entering the home. There are no devices inside the home.
