Service de chaise de plage / parasol gratuit réservé du 1er mars au 1 oct. 31 fournie par le propriétaire. King-master avec des lits superposés dans la deuxième chambre, tous les carreaux de céramique et la moquette dans les chambres. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable et des salles de bain complètes avec baignoires et un jacuzzi et des éviers en granit. Il y a 3 nouveaux téléviseurs à écran plat, et le LR dispose d'un tout nouveau canapé-lit doté d'un matelas épais lorsqu'il est retiré, ce qui permet de dormir confortablement jusqu'à 6 personnes. Observez les dauphins sur le mobilier lanai confortable et facile à déplacer, depuis cette belle perspective au 4ème étage. Il y a un gymnase nouvellement équipé et la piscine est chauffée à 87 degrés toute l'année. Vous pouvez avoir des fêtes en utilisant les barbecues à gaz fournis par le bâtiment dans le belvédère ou tout simplement profiter de la plus large plage de sable à la poudre molle que Destin a à offrir. Lorsque vous comparez nos 380 pieds de plage et 110 unités de bâtiment à d'autres, vous verrez que vous obtenez beaucoup plus de plage pour votre propre plaisir que partout ailleurs.

The appartment was spotless, bed was super comfortable, view of the ocean was great. Air conditioner worked perfect. Liz was super helpful with the paperwork. The ondo is awesome,pool was nice. We had a great time. I super recommend!

This property is amazing!! Direct access to the beach and great location in town. The host was AMAZING with communication, timely and thorough. The unit was so nice, the furniture was great and even the pull out couch was comfortable!! Highly recommend!

The location is great. Right on the beach. The unit could use some updates and the cleaning crew could be a little more observant. Dishes in the cabinets were not clean (dried coffee in cups, food stuck on utensils). A few maintenance issues came up and was communicated to the owner. Pool maintenance could be better. Clumps of hair and clogged drains. Maintenance cleared the hair (one time) but not the drains. Our stay was from Monday to Friday, which was perfect. Not crowded at all.

I'm sorry the cleaning crew fell down on this one. After you told me the details but told me to wait to remedy until after you checked out I found out the cleaning team's usual person who does the final inspection cleaning is out on maternity leave. They remedied after you checked out and I'll also speak with building management. What you've described doesn't match their usual attentiveness or what the other guests have said so I'm going to look into what happened this past week. I'm glad you enjoyed the quiet beach life, thanks for coming!

The host was very communicative and took care of any concerns I had. Her responses were immediate. The only concern we had was turning on the jets in the master bathtub. The jets were full of mold and we had to immediately turn them off and clean out the tub because it was black. Otherwise the host was great, the room was clean, and the location was great! Very well positioned in the center of tons of fun!! There were a lot of people in the pool with no wristbands as well. If we would have needed security, we would have had to call the phone # because she was not easily located.

The condonwas wonderful. Easy to access and navigate around. The older jacuzzi tub was a little grimey, but it was easily wiped up. Overall, it was a great rental. We would 100% book it again if we return to the area.

I'm the ultimate beach lover. Anything 'beach' as long as I'm facing directly to the ocean or Gulf and I can hear the surf. I like fun activities nearby too and fabulous restaurants and pubs. I'm a native New Yorker living in Kentucky for the last 30 years, but you can bet I'm visiting one of my beach places...Destin, Naples, Montauk or Isle of Palms...as often as possible.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Destin offers more than just the beach. It's easy to fly into or drive to, and has everything you need either a short walk or drive away, including the incredibly unique Harborwalk Village. Where else can you get world-class fishing, restaurants, shopping, golfing and powder-white sand steps away? You can catch the sunrise AND sunset from my private lanai. A very short beach walk away is famous and delicious 'The Back Porch'. Across the street is a totally stocked liquor store and next door to the liquor store is Merlin's Pizza. To vacation here is to have the best beach, the most gorgeous 4th floor views, while having the necessities nearby and convenient.

The updated kitchen and baths cinched it for me and the kids couldn't wait to sleep in the bunk beds made up just for them. There is also a fitness center, a meeting room with a kitchen for parties, outdoor grilling area, beautiful grounds and I have a maintenance team on-site for your needs. Also, I am always very easy to reach and will strive to make your vacation wonderful and memorable.
