Grab your skis, and invite your friends. New Hampshire paradise and adventure awaits. Less than 5 minutes from your front door to the slopes, this house is the prefect ski getaway. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home can pack your family and friends for a winter full of family fun and adventure. Steps from the lake and your own private sandy beach, enjoy kayaking, paddle-boarding, country skiing, miles of trails, snowmobiling, ice fishing, or just cozying up with a book. Something here for everyone!

‱ There are no launching boats or jets skis at the house.
‱ Please leave used sheets on the beds so they can be stripped and washed after checkout.
‱ Please try and conserve towel use by reusing towels if possible. Used towels should be left in the bathroom on the floor before checkout to distinguish used towels from unused towels.
‱ Please bring the trash to the dumpster we own. It is about 2 minutes walking distance, or 1-minute driving distance, from the house you are staying. You can check the last picture in the Airbnb listing to find the dumpster location. No need to separate the recycling. All trash will get sorted for recycling.
‱ Please take all food out of the fridge and freezer and please make sure all garbage is disposed of before leaving.
‱ Dishes used should be placed in the dishwasher and set to wash before leaving.
‱ Before ordering or having any packages shipped to the residence please check with hosts first.
‱ There is absolutely no smoking inside the house.
‱ There are absolutely NO PARTIES ALLOWED
‱ There are NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED

Peaceful and Pleasant

A relaxing retreat

My family and I stayed at this property the last week of July. Check in process was extremely easy. The home was very clean and well equipped with all the necessities. The lake is beautiful and we enjoyed taking the kayaks out every morning. My family brought their fishing poles and were able to catch some fish right off the private dock. I enjoyed my time sitting on the outdoor patio and reading a good book and enjoying the beautiful views. If you have the chance swing by Sanctuary Dairy Farm for some delicious ice cream! All in all we enjoyed our time on the lake and had a very relaxing week!

Family getaway

Beautiful spot on Mountainview lake with lovely beach and easy water access. We kayaked every single day and water was clear and clean. Lake Sunapee State park beach 5 minutes away for a day at the beach. Kitchen well equipped and with seating for a crowd. We also enjoyed taking our dogs on hikes on Mount Sunapee and morning walks on trails on opposite side of the lake. Not a great option for working remotely- poor AT&T service (though apparently Verizon better) and no chair/desk or tables near outlets except one corner of the kitchen. Which maybe forced us to relax and get outside more than we planned!

Great Lake House Getaway

What can I say about this place? The pictures don’t do the beauty justice. Waking up and looking out on the lake every morning was such a treat. Nick was an amazing host, and readily available for anything you would need. We ran out of propane and Nick had someone come drop some off the next day. The house is very well kept, cozy but spacious. We enjoyed family meals (8 of us) at the large dining table in the kitchen. I would highly recommend this property to everyone who reads this. 10/10! Can’t wait to come back.

Nice getaway

Dog friendly- we set up a little fence for 1 door so they could relax too. Kitchen was spacious & well stocked. Bedroom was comfy. Very relaxing vacation. Beach area is very nice. A small fire pit. It has a BBQ grill outside. We brought pop up to put over the exterior table to get out of rain. Great location.
