Relax in the inviting living room with its original wood-burning fireplace or unwind in the cozy family room with a flat-screen TV.
Each of the three primary bedrooms is outfitted with a king-size bed, organic mattress, and luxury linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep. The primary suite includes French doors that open onto the front porch, and a spa-inspired bathroom featuring a clawfoot bathtub and a large double shower with sweeping views of the landscape. The guest bedrooms each have their own adjoining or nearby bathrooms with walk-in showers.
Modern conveniences such as televisions, phone chargers, fans, and sleep machines are provided to enhance your comfort.
Step onto the front porch, where four classic rocking chairs invite you to enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine while taking in serene views. The front deck also features a spacious jacuzzi with seating for 8–10, along with a cozy outdoor seating area.
At the back of the home, enjoy al fresco dining at a large table for 10, gather around a U-shaped sofa with a propane fire pit, and relax by a tranquil water fountain surrounded by six seats. Culinary enthusiasts will appreciate the Traeger smoker, pizza oven, and Blackstone griddle—all available for guest use.
Just steps from the main house, the charming Bunkhouse provides additional accommodations and can be rented separately or alongside the main residence. It includes two bedrooms and a shared bathroom—one room with three twin bunkbeds (sleeping six total), and another with a queen bed and twin bunkbed.
The private pond is a highlight of the property, featuring a sandy beach, dock, picnic areas, and ample seating for large groups. A built-in stage makes this the perfect venue for live music, yoga sessions, or other group activities (please coordinate events with the venue directly).
Additional outdoor features include a Santa Maria BBQ, Solo Stove, sectional seating, fire pit table, and a round bar with stools. Guests can enjoy lawn games like cornhole or table tennis for added fun.
For golf lovers, a short walk up the hill brings you to the private green with 10 cups, complete with five tee boxes, a sand trap, for practice and play.
The property also offers miles of scenic hiking trails. As this is a working ranch, guests are welcome to greet the friendly horses, cows, chickens, and ranch dogs during their stay.
