Opposite the dining room, the living room has hand carved beams and comfortable seating where guests can enjoy a glowing fire or sit at the entertainer’s bar. **Tour Vans and Buses are prohibited for pick up and drop off in this community and at the property. This is a HOA rule. Violation of this will result in forfeiture of your security deposit. If you plan to hire a wine tour transportation company, please make arrangements to have the tour bus pickup and drop-off at a different location or ask for recommendations.

As you enjoy your stay, as a courtesy to our friends and neighbors, please note the following:
• You’ll notice many of our neighbors either riding their horses or simply going for leisurely walks up and down Viendra Drive. As the road twists and turns, please drive slowly (25 mph maximum) and be extra cautious around the curves. Horses can be easily scared and even an experienced rider could have difficulty controlling them.
• We ask that you be especially cognizant of the fact that noise does travel quite well through the hills and valleys that surround Oak Valley Ranch. Please ensure the stereo is kept at a reasonable level and the 10 pm quiet time be observed. All we ask is that you are considerate at all times.
• No private transportation or wine touring/tasting vans are allowed on the private road, Viendra Drive. The neighbors have a zero tolerance policy and they will contact the local Sherriff if this rule is violated in any way, shape or form and you will forfeit your security deposit in full.
House Guidelines listed under Guest Resources and located in binder at property. Failure to follow these can result in pulling from deposit.
10pm Noise Curfew
No hired tour vans/buses allowed to pick up at property. Please contact host for an alternate pick up spot.
5 vehicles max allowed at property at any time.
Please leave property in the condition that it was when you arrived.
