Notre Oceanfront, Montagne et Sunset View est le plus célÚbre sur tous Kaua'i !!!

Récemment rénové avec A / C tout au long de l'unité.

Si vous cherchez le plus bel endroit, romantique dans le monde ce qui peut ĂȘtre elle! Ceci est l'une des rares unitĂ©s de condominium Puu Poa avec la vue emblĂ©matique 'Bali Hai'. Notre condo est situĂ© sur le bord d'une falaise, avec une vue imprenable sur blanc sur l'ocĂ©an plein d'eau et de montagne qui sont trop beau pour croire.

Le condo (# 311) fait face à l'ouest, les couchers de soleil de façon spectaculaire sur l'océan Pacifique sont la norme. Le condo est immense, plus de 1800 pieds carrés d'espace de vie intérieur, avec sa propre supplémentaire de 22 pieds par véranda extérieure de 18 pieds. Il y a aussi une énorme véranda fermée qui permet effectivement de profiter des douches tropicales. Il est décoré dans un style personnalisé Hawaiian rétro avec de nombreuses touches d'artiste d'origine, belle tuile et en granit. Il est plus que suffisant des meubles pour se détendre et faire une sieste dans différents domaines. Le condo a été entiÚrement rénové, le plus récemment en 2016

Puu Poa est le premier luxe / vue condo sur la rive nord de Kauai, Ă  Princeville. Le St. rĂ©cemment rĂ©novĂ© Regis HĂŽtel est Ă  seulement verges de la copropriĂ©tĂ© et tous leurs restaurants (l'un est un restaurant Jean Georges Vongerichten) et leur plage sont Ă  la disposition de nos locataires. Il y a aussi un chemin sinueux Ă  l'incroyablement pittoresque Hideaways plage en dessous de notre bluff, oĂč peut-ĂȘtre le plus beau rĂ©cif de corail pour snorkling peut ĂȘtre trouvĂ©.

Le fabuleux Makai Golf Course, qui est de 27 trous, dessiné par Robert Trent Jones Jr. est à quelques pas de la porte. Le célÚbre prince Golf Course, 18 trous, est à quelques minutes. Le tennis est disponible pour gratuit sur place.

Our stay at this Pu’u Poa condo was magical. The views of Bali Hai sunsets & rainbows never got old. Great location and even better than that was the landlord who made our stay a dream come true. Recommend highly!

10/10! We had an amazing time staying in this beautiful condo! The views off of the lanai were unbelievable with sunsets over Bali Hai and the ocean. The swimming in the reef below the condo was the best on the entire island. We swam with so many different fish and TURTLES! The amenities in the condo itself were top notch. The final cherry on top was our host. Mark was amazing and had so many helpful tips and suggestions to make the most of our stay. Check in and check out were a breeze. We will definitely be back! Mahalo!

Mark was a truelly incredible host and went above and beyond. We were staying in the unit during the July 2025 tsunami (from the russian earthquake) and Mark was so helpful with giving us super helpful information so we felt safe (our first tsunami). Beyond the tsunami the unit was great and really appreciated it having extra garbage bags, toilet paper, shampoo, beach chairs, cooler, etc. so we really just needed to get food and then we could vacation!

Kauai beauty

We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful setting. Mark's condo was beautifully decorated and the view can't be beat. Mark was also great as far as communication went. He always responded to our questions promptly.Unfortunately, the weather wasn't the best but we still had an amazing time! I would definitely recommend Marks condo if you plan to stay in Kauai.

Fantastic Property!

We totally loved the condo, and it was in a perfect location. We watched the sunset nightly over Hanalei Bay nightly from the lanai. We were steps from One Hotel with beautiful grounds, food and views. The condo was immaculate, spacious and well-appointed with everything we needed. The owner provided a wealth of information before we arrived. We couldn’t recommend this place more highly!

Spectacular location and best views of Bali Hai!

The condo is perfect! The kitchen had everything, the living rooms were beautifully appointed with comfortable and stylish furniture. I can’t think of anything missing that would have enhanced our stay. We have been going to Princeville for 30 plus years and this is by far the best condominium we have stayed in. You will be quite happy with this choice!!!

Stunning views, beautiful condo

Mark ( owner ) was very communicative throughout our stay. This condo is beautiful, clean and very well equipped. The location offers stunning views of Hanalei Bay with breath taking sunsets. It's close enough to walk to Queens Bath and Hideaway beach which were both amazing. We had a spectacular time!

Wonderful Condo - Beautiful View

This condo is beautifully decorated, clean and very well stocked. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. The view from the lanai is fantastic. Great location for visiting the north shores of Kauai. Owner was very easy to work with.

Fantastic 1st Time Trip to Princeville

The condo's location couldn't have been better! Exactly as described and the communication with the property owner was exceptional. They provided a detailed explanation of the condo as well as some great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. The views were incredible and close to a lot of great activities. We will definitely be back!

Princeville Deluxe

The incredible views, comfortable furnishings and well stocked kitchen provided a fabulous setting for a wonderful vacation. After enjoying different beaches in the area we would return to relax either poolside or on the deck. The air conditioning was delightful on hot days. The owners guide and instructions about the condo, the area and restaurant suggestions were thorough and helpful. We shall return.

Location. Location. Location. Kauai is the most beautiful of the Hawaiian Islands. The North Shore is the most beautiful part of Kauai. The Puu Poa condo complex is the premier condo complex on Kauai. Our unit is one of just a handful at Puu Poa with the iconic Bali Hai view and closest proximity to the ocean. It is large and beautifully appointed. ALSO, One of the few units with A/C throughout the condo (4 Mitsubishi split units). Due west sunset views

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Lynn and I have a son, daughter-in-law and grand daughters living on Kauai so we come and visit as often as we can. The condo has the feel of a home rather than a 'rental condo package' and it is appointed and equipped like our home. Again, one of the few units with A/C throughout condo.
