Sea Isle neighborhood amenities include an outdoor pool and kiddie pool, an all-season tennis court, a mile and a half of beachfront with parking, a marina and boat ramp, a private fishing pier, two restaurants, and Milton Pines Park and Pavilion. Avid birders will appreciate the nearby Dos Vacas Muertas Bird Sanctuary. Go for a short hike at Galveston Island State Park, or venture to downtown Galveston for entertainment options.

Vaulted ceilings soar in the open living area, with a large smart TV, board games, and a double sofa bed. The living area’s picture windows provide natural morning light. Indulge your inner chef in the well-equipped kitchen, configured with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. Whip up morning beverages at the coffee bar.

Located on the ground floor, the custom-built bar is an entertainer’s dream. Details include a fridge, ice maker, and a TV. An outdoor half bath adds convenience.

Sleep soundly in the primary suite with an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The bedrooms have smart TVs.

Complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer are included. Beach toys and an umbrella are provided in the home.

THINGS TO KNOW
This stilt home is accessed via one flight of exterior stairs.
The Sea Isle pools are unheated and open from 12 pm to 7 pm from Memorial Day to Labor Day (closed on Mondays), with no lifeguards on duty. Pool access requires an added fee of $100, which is good for eight people for up to seven days (subject to change).

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
