SUNTIME IN SEA ISLE! Great Ocean View from the spacious deck of this Sea Isle home. 3 BR/2 BA. Sleeps 8. WiFi provided. Easy walk to the beach. Picnic tables under the house make for a great hangout area. Fully equipped kitchen open to the family room. For nights you choose to dine in there is a breakfast bar that seats 4, a dining area that provides seating for 6 or you can enjoy al fresco dining after a day out for a fresh catch! Spacious primary bedroom has sitting area with comfy recliners, a queen size sleeper sofa, a tv, and a king sized bed! A second bedroom has a queen size bed with beachy art. The third bedroom offers two twin beds. Additionally, a charcoal barbecue pit is available for guests. Lots of room for your family vacation! There may be some variations in furnishings or decor since pictures were taken. Come enjoy Sea Isle and all of the amenities including, tennis court, marina, boat launch, general store, restaurant, fishing pier, pool, hot tub, picnic area & park.

**This area has limited cell phone service, we recommend logging into the property's Wi-Fi and activate Wi-Fi calling for more dependable service**

*MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT TO RENT: 25. Photo identification is required. All fees and services may be subject to 15% tax.
**Optional Sea Isle Amenities Fee (not included in rental rate): $100/week for up to 10 guests in a reservation. Passes can not be purchased once the Sea Isle POA office closes at 5:00 PM on Friday and they are not open on the weekends or holidays. If you choose to purchase a pool pass, please contact office prior to arrival. Pool is ONLY open Memorial Day thru Labor Day

Great 3 night stay

Stayed 3 nights at this property and enjoyed everything it had to offer. The house was great, the location is right across the street from the beach and the access to the private pier was awesome. We will be coming back sometime soon.

Great property for the price

Property was clean and a short drive to the beach. The deck was a little old, probably wouldn't let kids run around on it to much, but felt safe walking on it. Inside was updated, clean, and spacious. Kitchen was well stocked. We had an issue with the microwave not working, but I called and they came out within a couple hours to fix it. Overall we had a great stay and really enjoyed the property!

Nice house near beach

The house was nice and a good price for the location. It was clean but had some mold from the humidity. The maintenance came but did not clean the mold. Otherwise it was a fun time.

I’m not going to lie, reading some of the reviews at first we were skeptical booking. At the end, we are definitely glad we did. Yea, it’s not the biggest beach house around. For a weekends get away, relaxing with friends and family and the kids playing. You can’t go wrong with this place. Beds were super comfortable, it was roomy for what was needed and a great view of the ocean. We would definitely book again. The only thing that was a slight downfall was no bbq and washer or dryer. But it’s really no big deal. We will be back for sure though.

Nice, but not entirely what I expected.

The location was not given until the property was paid for, and just before checking in. The checking in involves downloading app, a little more complicated than I am used too. I expected the property to be closer to the beach. The view of the Gulf was from only one tiny area on the porch. Several things needed to be fixed during our stay with repairman coming in. Although done promptly and very nice, it was disruptive. The house was very pretty inside with good beds and excellent air-conditioning.

Bittersweet

Multiple problems starting with arrival. Could not get in because the keypad on the door had a jammed number. Could not reach the property management. Had to get a hotel for the night. Next day arrived at the house and the AC was out, none of the outlets in the kitchen worked, PVC pipes to outside shower are cracked so it is unusable. Tammy, the property manager was great. Great customer service once I finally reached her. She issued a refund for the entire reservation as we were unable to stay in the house. Luckily we found a nearby hotel with a vacancy. Hard to believe since it was Memorial Day weekend.

Katelyn, we do sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you had with your stay. Unfortunately, the remote lock failure at this property was the first of several with the abnormal heat this summer. New remote locks have been installed where needed and are now functioning properly. Fortunately, we do have a back up answering service who helps answer our after hour calls. We just were not aware you would be arriving in the middle of the night, had we known, we would have helped set you up with appropriate back up instructions in case of an emergency lockout. The ac and outdoor shower are up and running and functioning properly. Again, we are so sorry you had the experience you did. We are thankful you all were able to find accommodations considering it was the holiday weekend. Location makes up for Upkeep

Great location when we needed to be within Sea Isle where a remembrance gathering was held for a family member. Due to the inside arrangement of the beach house, we were not able to host any group meals. There was over flowing trash outside the house - we called and had to leave a message with the property management who seem to not check voice mail. The property looks great on the outside, other than the trash, but the inside is still a work in process. No closet available for the huge master bedroom. No towel racks in the master bedroom. Bedroom dresser drawers and closets are full of supplies. Good thing you'll want to walk to the beach or have a very short drive to the beach across the street and not stay in the house much. Twin bed mattresses are in good condition. Queen bed is OK. King bed could use a memory foam mattress pad to make it comfortable without having to buy a new one because it is past its prime. It's an affordable stay in a good location away from the hustle and bustle of Galveston center but the seating area in the main room is not arranged well for gathering unless you just sit at the table.

Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay and the property is 99.9% well maintained. The house is dated, especially kitchen and bathrooms, but everything works great! With the exception of the master bed, this place is perfect. The mattress on the bed needs to be replaced ASAP. You can see the indent in the middle when you walk in the room. Donna was incredibly helpful with tips and the check in process. If you are going to fish, there's an outside shower and fish cleaning area. Some tips: Its not really across the street from the beach. If it was beach weather, I would get a golf cart. If you go towards the bay, there's a convenience store, restaurant, tennis court (decent) and a pool. There's also a pier for fishing (it requires a code and I have no clue if its included in the rental because no one wanted to fish!) My biggest surprise was that its a good 15 minutes west from 61st street. Also, when water isn't used frequently in Galveston, it gives off a hortiblr

Hi Betty, Thank you for your review. We take them very seriously . This house is considered a beach house, therefore there are storm shutters on every window that can be closed any time the guest needs any privacy. This can be done very easily by the guest. Our guests rent this home for the views, and to be close to our beaches and coast. We will certainly pass this on to the homeowner immediately!
