While you may find other stays that you fancy, you will love that this townhouse does not disappoint when it comes to LOCATION and neighborhood. Located in the Betts-Longworth Historic District, this 3BR/2.5BA is 2 blocks to Washington Park (free splash park, dog park, outdoor concerts/bar), 3 blocks to TQL Stadium(FC Cincinnati's brand new stadium), & 2 blocks to Cincinnati Music Hall. 4 blocks to the heart of OTR's best restaurants & bars/nightlife. 3 minutes drive to see the Bengals/ Reds!!
The space
This townhouse has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. The half bathroom is on the first floor with the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Both second floor bedrooms are ensuite (bathrooms inside the bedrooms). The third floor bedroom loft looks out to a small patio. This bedroom does not have a door (as it is a loft-style bedroom). It has four full size (double) bunk beds. It also runs cooler during the winters and warmer during the summers because of the glass door that leads out to the rooftop patio. The sofa in the living room also provides additional space for lounging and all those daytime naps. Each bedroom has a TV as well as the main TV in the living room.
Guest access
The neighborhood is very walkable and if you have a car, there are two parking spots for you. If you come with bikes, we can store those for you in the garage. If you need three parking spots, please let us know in advanced when you are booking. We can arrange something for you, free of charge

This is a great location, due to the close proximity to downtown. It's fun to walk (and ride the free tram) to an abundance of activities for everyone.

My friends and I had a great stay! Everything was walking distance including the casino, great restaurants and bars, and Paycor Stadium. The place was very clean and a great place to stay!

This townhouse was awesome, we had a great time clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Loved that everything was walking distance and the highway is near by ( that was a big plus for us since we had to drive to a soccer tournament everyday) overall it’s a great place to stay to get to know Cincinnati…

The condo is comfortable and spacious. It is in a great walkable community. Great shops and restaurants are a short walk away. The owner was readily responsive and accommodating. Would stay again.

Comfortable & excellent location

We really appreciated how conveniently located the property was. We were able to walk to dinner, and enjoyed meandering the streets admiring the architecture, parks and murals. The place itself was very comfortable, and the owners are responsive to questions and requests for recommendations.

We were in town to see family, my family of 4 plus my Dad stayed at this townhouse. Walking distance to family, Washington Park and music hall and Kroger.The neighborhood has changed for the good since I lived in the area. Happy Holidays in Cincinnati.

Very nice, clean house. Was perfect for what we needed. Couldn’t figure out how the TVs worked due to not being able to connect them to the internet but that didn’t bother us. We had so much going on during the day and were back late. Would definitely recommend. Did not need to use our car as we used the free connector bus service which was free.

Sheets unchanged or had a strong smell of a man’s cologne. Bathroom floor was dirty. Both bedroom bathroom’s electrical outlets didn’t work. One bedroom remote control didn’t work - no way to operate tv. Microwave was sticky. Some dishes were sticky.

Wonderful experience!

We needed a place to stay in Downtown for a wedding. it was a whirlwind trip, Friday evening to Sunday morning. 8 hour drive. We were all exhausted and it was so comforting and relaxing to arrive to such a clean, cozy, easily accessed and wonderful place! The owner was so sweet and due to the snowy conditions checked on us to make sure we arrived safely and had everything we needed. We can't wait to come back and stay here again. Don't hesitate, you will love it! Thank you for having us at your amazing townhome! It really felt like home. :)

Amazing stay

Our stay here was perfect, from communicating, checkin, cleanliness to location. Only feedback was the Main Street was a bit noisy, which I believe others have mentioned. It was located so we could walk everywhere. We had the best time and made great memories while in Cincinnati. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

What a Find !!

This really was one of the best places we’ve stayed through VRBO - and I’ve stayed at dozens. It was so clean and comfortable- best king bed ever! The location was great for walking downtown but the heat cut into that. I can’t recommend this condo highly enough for a great stay in Cincinnati!!
