The townhouse was nicely appointed and had everything needed. The four poster bed was extremely comfortable and there were plenty of good restaurants nearby.

The property was welcoming to pets but be careful with the steep stairs. Close to downtown nashville & multiple main attractions. The neighborhood may seem a little different but it was very quiet & calm.

The neighborhood is currently being revamped and is nice and quiet. The other townhouses have very polite neighbors and overall felt safe and secure. The appearances outside seem dirty - but the property owners have done a fantastic job of turning this property into a beautiful place to stay!

Super cute townhouse pretty close to downtown! While the area looks a little older, and some of the other homes are a little more run-down, we felt perfectly safe and comfortable during our stay. Kevin was quick to respond and very kind! I would definitely stay here again!

Check in was effortless, property manager was very responsive. The place was so clean, beautiful, and had everything we needed to enjoy being home away from home. Extra bonus that The beds were so comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

Immaculately clean property. You can tell the host takes great care to maintain it. Beds were comfy and the fenced yard was nice for pets. We felt safe in the home, and it had everything we could have needed. Host was quick to connect with regarding any questions.

We loved staying here. It was very quiet at night, which was nice after Broadway which was only a 10 minute Uber ride! Beautiful home, very friendly owners who are very quick to respond. Would recommend and will stay again! 😊

Great house, great time!

We had such a great time at your home for our Mother/Daughter weekend trip. The house had beautiful decor! Lots of extra touches throughout the house such as stocked coffee bar, makeup wipes, extra fans (big bonus!) and bottled water. Kevin was a great host and was quick to answer messages and take care of any issues we had. The only negative was the surrounding houses/culdesac looked a little unkept. However, it was very quiet and we didn’t have any issues with the neighbors being noisy or anything like that. Great location close to Broadway. We would definitely rent here again. Thank you Kevin!
