Profitez de belles vues de cette retraite confortable à 10 minutes de tout (l'aéroport, le centre-ville, Opryland). Notre maison est nichée sur un acre boisé dans un quartier calme, tout en étant proche de toutes les attractions que Nashville a à offrir, de sorte que vous serez en mesure d'explorer commodément le centre-ville de Nashville, tout en étant proche de la nature.

Ce 1100 pieds carrés. L'appartement comprend une suite double avec deux chambres semi-privées séparées par un walkthrough. Il est situé au premier étage de notre maison, tandis que nous vivons au deuxiÚme étage. Il y a aussi une cuisine entiÚrement équipée avec autant de commodités de la maison que nous pourrions penser.

Very nice apartment (lower level of a home). Spacious and comfortable. Location is the best part of this VRBO. It is located within a 10 minute drive from Music Row, Grand Ole Opry, Ryman and other historic sites. Nashville had an ice storm 2 weeks before our stay and the majority of the yard was cleaned up but it still had old plastic pots/plants from Fall laying around the yard. The only drawback is that the sidewalk up to the house is broken in several places and at night it is very hard to see. The outside house light was burnt out so it made it a challenge at night.

We loved the apartment and it was perfect for us. Only problem was when we parked, the car was slanted on the slope and the passenger needed help in holding the door open to avoid it swinging back and hitting them. For us it wasn't a problem, but for someone older or physically challenged, it would be difficult to manage the door and then to do the slight climb to the sidewalk.

The host was very good with communication to get us to and in the apartment! We woke up on checkout day to a dead battery and the host was so kind to help us jump our vehicle. The apartment is close to all the fun in Nashville! Would definitely stay here again! If you’re thinking about booking DO IT!

Very short drive from the downtown Nashville area

During our stay, we went on a grand old operator tour and finished our night with a tractor party wagon ride through the bar district in Nashville. Afterwords it was nice to know we only had an eight minute drive back to our Vrbo. Thanks for hosting us.

Quit area, not so far from Nashville

Good and fast communication with the owners, who we found a bit reserved. Great apartment to stay for a few days to discover the city. Too bad you don't have a view outside from the apartment. Nice beds.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our time in Nashville and this basement apartment. The apartment is a little cool in the summer, but they do provide heaters if needed. The driveway is a little steep and a little hill from the vehicle to the door of the apartment. We were very comfortable here, the beds slept great, the kitchen was adequate, great hot water...very enjoyable!

Exactly as described!

Our stay was wonderful! Our hosts had thought of everything. The directions were clear, the communication was great and the property was exactly as it was pictured and described! The neighborhood was quiet and quaint and we all commented on how nice it was, and how convenient it was to get to downtown from there. It was about a 10-minute drive. And it was an easy drive. We would stay here again!

Fantastic

We loved our time there. It was quiet. The only suggestion I would make is fix the dip in the driveway to the visitor parking. The drop off is steep for a car. I thought I broke something on my car the first time I parked. Luckily I was experienced enough to back up the driveway and into the visitor spot past the dip. Other than that the place was fantastic.
