The space

Sleeping arrangements
Accommodating up to four guests, the condo includes a bedroom with a king bed and a sleeper sofa in the living area. Room-darkening shades, soft bed linens, extra pillows, and a dresser provide comfort and convenience. A full bathroom offers essential toiletries and a relaxing bathtub for unwinding after a day by the sea.

Kitchen & dining
Prepare meals in a kitchen complete with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, Whirlpool electric stove, stainless steel oven, dishwasher, and coffee maker options. Enjoy breakfasts or home-cooked dinners together before setting out to explore the Arcadian Shores area.

Indoor living
Relax in the living room or bedroom, each featuring a 50 inch HDTV with Roku and standard cable. Central air conditioning, ceiling fan, and central heating maintain comfort in every season. Wifi and a dedicated workspace in a private room make it easy to stay connected or remote work in peace.

Outdoor living
Step onto your private balcony for uninterrupted ocean and beach views. Shared amenities include an outdoor pools available year-round, an inviting hot tubs, a fire pit, and outdoor furniture for casual moments by the water. The shared backyard and outdoor shower add to the easy beachside rhythm.

Guest access
When you enter the resort you will follow the road to the South Tower. Free parking is available in the parking garage, luggage carts are located in front of the elevators. Take one of the three elevators to the 6th floor and let your carefree vacation begin.
Other things to note
EV Chargers are now located on the Resort for your use.

**No daily maid service. We provide a starter supply of paper products such as toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. A small supply of cleaning items, broom and vacuum are provided in the condo for your use.
If more linens are needed the cost would be $25 for additional sets of 4 or you may use the paid laundry facilities located on the 2nd floor.
Bedding is provided for the sleeper sofa.

During Hurricane Season, refunds will only be considered if a MANDATORY Evacuation is required.
