Notre unité est en bord de mer au 3ème étage de la tour nord et est la seule unité de 3 chambres / 3 salles de bains au 3ème étage.

Vous pouvez magasiner au contenu de votre coeur au centre commercial Tanger dans un mile; visitez Broadway at the Beach ou Barefoot Landing ou simplement rester au Resort avec ses nombreux équipements et activités quotidiennes. Flottez dans les rivières paresseuses, nagez dans l'une des grandes piscines extérieures, détendez-vous dans l'un des dix jacuzzis chauffés au bord de la piscine ou détendez-vous simplement au bord de la piscine avec le Tiki-Bar qui vous servira votre boisson froide préférée. Après avoir mis en appétit, vous pourrez vous rendre au restaurant du Captain Cove pour un délicieux repas tout en profitant de la vue magnifique sur l'océan Atlantique. Vous pouvez également visiter les nombreux restaurants à proximité qui bordent Restaurant Row en seulement quelques minutes en voiture.

Même quand le soleil se couche, la vie nocturne se réchauffe à la plage. Visitez la célèbre place des célébrités à Broadway at the Beach avec des clubs tels que le Crocodile Rocks Piano Bar, les révolutions, le Surf Bar de Malibu, les Senior Frogs, le Fat Tuesday et bien plus encore. Vous pouvez également visiter Club Kryptonite, House of Blues, ou 2001 Club un club de danse avec trois pistes de danse et un groupe de scène à seulement un mile de la station.

La chambre principale dispose d'un grand lit king-size avec un nouveau matelas à plateau-coussin, d'une télévision à écran plat, d'un lecteur DVD, d'une salle de bains privative et d'un balcon donnant sur l'océan. Les enfants ou les adultes pourront profiter de la grande chambre, avec deux lits doubles, également avec de nouveaux matelas à plateau-coussin, et un 40 "TV à écran plat et un lecteur DVD. La troisième chambre est meublée avec un lit queen-size, une télévision à écran plat et un lecteur DVD. En outre, le canapé du salon se transforme en un lit queen-size permettant à l'unité de dormir jusqu'à 10 personnes.

CUISINE: La grande cuisine entièrement équipée (casseroles / poêles, argenterie, ustensiles, assiettes / bols et tasses, etc.) comprend un lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, cafetière Flex Brew (Keurig ET plein pot), mijoteuse, grille-pain et un mélangeur pour vos boissons tropicales surgelées!

Les images annoncées ont été mises à jour en décembre 2015. Comme vous pouvez le voir, nous nous efforçons de garder l'unité à jour.

NOUVEAUTÉ 2013: RABOTEUSE ET SÉCHEUSE DE HAUTE EFFICACITÉ DE GRANDE TAILLE EMPILABLE, peinture fraîche, nouvelle décoration intérieure et mobilier, ventilateur de plafond dans la salle à manger et nouvelles chaises de balcon de style fronde. Aussi le complexe a récemment repeint tous les couloirs et les murs extérieurs et a refait toute la terrasse de la piscine avec de beaux carreaux de travertin pour les piscines intérieure et extérieure / bains à remous!

NOUVEAUTÉ 2014: Nouveau système complet de CVC, inclinable de salon, meubles de chambre à coucher principale et mises à jour supplémentaires de décor. Complexe mis à jour tout l'éclairage de la zone commune avec un éclairage LED lumineux et fait des mises à jour de la piscine intérieure et la piscine de la tour Nord.

NOUVEAUTÉ 2015: Peinture fraîche et nouveau tapis moelleux dans toute l'unité. Téléviseur à écran plat mural de 48 "et lecteur Blu-ray dans le salon. Le complexe a ouvert une nouvelle pizzeria ONSITE et a remplacé toutes les machines à glaçons de la tour nord.

NOUVEAU POUR 2016: Nouveau matelas de canapé-lit en mousse à mémoire extra-épaisse, ajout de plusieurs ampoules éconergétiques dans toute l'unité et dans la cuisine remplacement et ajout de plusieurs pots et poêles, couverts, plats et nouveaux tapis de sol en mousse à mémoire, mur extérieur complet imperméabilisation et peinture ainsi que tous les tapis de zone commune remplacés, installation d'éclairage de garage de stationnement et décapage de stationnement.

NOUVEAU POUR 2017: Installation de nouveaux robinets de bain, nouvelle moquette pour les deux balcons de condo, garde de sécurité et porte d'entrée pour la haute saison, nouvelles plages pour accéder à la plage, piscine de la tour Nord et resurfacing fluvial. Nouvelle fosse de feu!

Endroit parfait: Notre emplacement de l'unité au 3ème étage vous empêchera d'attendre un ascenseur! Les escaliers sont juste à côté de notre unité pour un voyage rapide à la plage ou à la piscine, à seulement 2 étages ... Le garage est à 3 niveaux, donc on peut marcher à droite de l'appartement et ne jamais avoir à faire la queue pour les ascenseurs! LE STATIONNEMENT N'EST JAMAIS UN PROBLÈME @ LA MER.

ÉQUIPEMENTS DE LA PROPRIÉTÉ: Profitez des heures de plaisir dans l'une des 6 piscines (2 intérieures), 10 bains à remous (2 à l'intérieur), les 2 rivières paresseuses ou le foyer! Les piscines intérieures sont chauffées toute l'année et la piscine fluviale et les piscines extérieures sont également chauffées en hiver pour profiter toute l'année !!! Sea Watch propose également des activités quotidiennes qui vont de voyages d'une journée et sorties de golf, courses de tortues quotidiennes ou des projets d'artisanat et d'aquagym et «bingo cupcake». Les activités changent chaque semaine et il y a des activités pour tout le monde (certaines activités incluent des frais). Également sur la propriété il ya un centre de fitness qui est disponible pour une taxe, un restaurant sur place et un salon de crème glacée dans la tour nord, Tiki bar près de la piscine de la tour nord et une pizzeria située dans la tour sud.

BEACHFRONT: La plage est juste à quelques pas si vous êtes intéressé à descendre ou à regarder depuis le balcon. Il n'y a pas d'obstacles dans votre vue ou l'utilisation des plages! Le balcon à l'avant de l'unité est de 24 pieds de large avec de belles vues dégagées sur la plage et l'océan. Et il y a aussi un balcon au large de la chambre des maîtres !! Pour tous nos clients séjournant entre le Memorial Day et la fête du travail, nous incluons un parasol et deux chaises de plage à travers le maître-nageur dans le cadre de votre location ... Il suffit de descendre à la plage et asseyez-vous!

The host answered quickly and was very friendly and helpful. The condo was in a great spot. You can park on the upper level of the garage and walk strait on the level of the condo. The kitchen was very well stocked with any cooking equipment you will need. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Each bedroom has a full bathroom and the closets had lots of hangers. We will be renting this condo again!!

Great location and host

The condo is in a perfect location and nothing can beat the ocean view and breeze through the balcony doors. Michele was an excellent host - very thorough and responsive when any needs arose. The condo is spacious, extremely well-stocked, and very accessible to the beach and pools.

Michelle, We really enjoyed staying at your condo. I noticed all the improvements you have made to the unit. I t was very clean and comfortable. thank you. The pools though were not maintained well at all. They actually had scum floating on top of them. I even went to other pools and the same issue was with them all. So we could not ultilize the pools because we felt them to be too dirty. That was very disappointing as you can imagine in the hot weather.

I am sorry to hear about your experience with the onsite pools… I was not made aware of this issue prior to this review, otherwise I would have certainly addressed it with onsite maintenance. I have never seen an issue with the pools while we were there nor has any other guests ever complained about the pools being unusable. I will be sure to follow up with onsite personnel.

Great condo for our family vacation!!

Just read the previous review, so don't want to repeat, and wholeheartedly agree. We are a combined family of 9, 80's down to teens, that enjoyed our vacation in this condo. Since my elderly mom went along with us, we cooked quite a bit. Have to say that the owners have provided quality cookware! The kitchen was well-stocked....even trash bags, coffee liners, dishwasher tabs,etc, so you didn't have to immediately run out to buy those items. The pillow top mattresses!....were heavenly! Some of the "little" touches made it easy, like the little basket on the kitchen countertop with the wristbands for the pool, the teddybear with trash key....all in a convenient and accessable place to pick up and drop off. The front balcony had a beautiful view and was large enough for all of us, yet if we just wanted to have some privacy, the little side balcony off the master bedroom was a nice little haven. The owners are very easy to work with. We had a BLAST and will definitely come back again! THANK YOU!!

Your stay can be relaxing or on the go!

First of all, I want to thank and commend Michelle not only for her hospitality, but also her attention to detail from the moment we booked until the end of our week. We’ve booked vacations through VRBO before, and have never had a more kind and honest host. She answered every text immediately, and when we had issues with the microwave, she sent a technician promptly and it was replaced the next day. This was our first time at Myrtle Beach. The condo is as described, both the interior and proximity to ocean, pool and things to do. The patio is beautiful and is a wonderful relaxing place after a day on the beach or on the town. The condo is wonderfully located so as not to have to wait for an elevator at the busy resort…we could walk right down the stairs to the pool, or just out to the 3rd floor parking area. Two recommendations for those booking…bring towels for the beach as the condo towels are exclusive to 314 and not meant to be mixed in with the rest of the resort towels…best to just use 314 towels for showers and such. And, if traveling with a large family that plans to cook for the week, be aware that there is not a whole lot of space for a week’s worth of groceries. This is not a negative as much as a note that Michelle is so thorough on everything she provides, that those things take up all of the cupboard space so what doesn’t fit in the refrigerator has no home except the counter. :) high recommend Seawatch 314. We had a great week.

Great condo!

No check in line and very easy to unload our vehicle. The condo was super clean and the owner is so friendly and caring. We had 4 teenage girls with us and they especially liked that there was a Starbucks right below us! We would definitely stay there again!

Best unit EVER!!!

Honesty, we couldn’t have possibly had a better experience at 314 Seawatch!!! From step one, Michele was like a trip angel!!! So extremely helpful and super kind!!! On our arrival, she checked in on us to make sure everything was good, and offered help with ANYTHING you wanted to do. The unit, AMAZING!!!!! Views, spectacular!!! So comfortable and spacious!!! Best vacation we have had in years!!!!! I would highly recommend anyone take their family or friends to Michele and Dave’s place. We will DEFINITELY be back next year. In fact, looking at dates already, because we don’t want to stay anywhere else again!!!!! Thank you Michele, for the best vacation ever!!!!

Beautiful condo, Perfect location!

We rented Michele & Dave’s condo for our annual family vacation. This was our first time at Seawatch Plantation. This part of Myrtle Beach is great! Secluded from the main road and traffic and right on a nice, clean, wide & flat beach. The condo is exactly as in the photos and there was plenty of space for our family. We chose this condo due the location in the North Tower as we wanted an oceanfront view, as well as, the view up the coast as offered from the master balcony. This condo is also perfectly located on the 3rd floor so no stairs from the car to the condo which was a plus for unloading the car. There is also a stairway right next door to the condo which takes you to the onsite restaurant and the pool deck. We loved having the umbrella and chairs waiting for us every day on the beach also! Michele was great and worked with us at all times during our trip. We highly recommend renting Seawatch #314!!!

We have stayed in 5 different condos at Seawatch. This was the best by far. The Owners were awesome to work with. Looking forward to our next visit.

Clean, spacious, and fun!

We’ve just finished a great week at Myrtle Beach in this condo. The condo itself is very neat and clean, well appointed and comfortable. The view of the ocean is gorgeous and the balcony is a straight view of the ocean. A couple of things to note: there’s only one bathtub and it is in the master bathroom (the other two bedrooms have walk in shower stalls). We also found that the master bedroom and double bed bedrooms were somewhat warmer than the rest of the condo. Not a deal breaker by any means, but if you like it very cool, then I’d suggest a fan. The ensuite laundry room was a great amenity and we appreciate the homeowner supplying linens for the stay. The resort itself is also a lot of fun. My kids really enjoyed all of the pools, lazy rivers, and activities. It’s a fun atmosphere for sure. We really enjoyed the pool DJ. It’s a short walk to the beach and the owner graciously has rented a set of beach chairs and an umbrella each day during certain portions of the year. It was great not having to worry about hauling chairs and umbrellas to the beach each day. The location is also great. It’s about a mile from the Apache Pier with fishing. It’s between Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach, very close to a shopping center (Wal-Mart), and the Tanger Outlets, as well as a mall. It’s really in a great place to enjoy all the fun things that make Myrtle Beach a fun place for families. Overall, we had a great week and would very highly recommend this condo for anyone that’s looking! The owner is fantastic and very helpful and easy to work with as well. Great place!

Location Locatin Location!!

Had a great time at unit 314 in Sea Watch! The unit itself was very clean and the pictures don't do it justice. It was set up with all needed items in the kitchen & bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable & the linens were clean & of good quality. The best part was the great ocean view from the balconies and being on the 3rd floor made trips to the pools, beach & the car hassle free and quick. The resort itself was fantastic & there was plenty to do! There were activities every day or you could relax by the pools. In the North Tower there is a restaurant and bar by the pool which we used both. The resort is in a quieter residential area, so not a lot of traffic or noise yet only a few minutes from great restaurants, shopping and Barefoot Landing. 5 stars from the Montgomery's! We will be back... Thank you Michele & Dave for sharing your place with our family!

Spring break

We enjoyed our stay accommodations were wonderful we enjoyed work walking on the beach and the mini shops that we were able to go to on the boardwalk swimming was great hot tubs were wonderful my eight grandchildren enjoy each and every day thank you so much for helping us make memories.

Met and Exceeded All Our Expectations!

We cannot say enough good things about this unit! Owners were extremely courteous throughout the entire rental process and we were very appreciative that they took the time to let us know that the cleaning crew (who did an EXCEPTIONAL job!) had finished early and the unit was ready to be occupied before the 3:00 p.m. check-in. Furnishings were more than adequate. Great ocean views on the front balcony; not so great from the master bedroom balcony - it overlooks the trailer park. The only minor concern we experienced was the spotty WiFi. Also: if you have your own beach umbrella and chair, BRING THEM! The lifeguards charge $25.00/day for setting up and taking down one umbrella and two chairs and they will not allow it to be on a day-to-day basis. You have to pay for the entire week up-front. But that's not the owners fault. Should we decide to return to Myrtle Beach and need a 3 bedroom / 3 bathroom unit we will most definitely consider Michele and Dave. Thanks!

Wonderful!

We all had a gre at time at Sea watch plantation! Our.condo was great. Had everything we needed. The view from our 3rd floor balcony was.awesome!! And large enough for the 7 of us to enjoy. The 2nd and 3rd.bath showers were a little small, but not enough to put a.dsmper.on things. The owners were great..calling to make sure everything was ok. Thanks again for letting us rent your condo.

We have stayed at the Sea Watch several times, but this was the best unit we have ever rented. From the moment we arrived, the condo felt like home. The location on the third floor was the best! We were able to park in the third-floor parking garage and unload on the level of our condo. We never had to use an elevator; there was a staircase right beside our room, giving us easy access to the beach and to the pool. The view from the balcony was breathtaking; we were able to see the sunrise from the master bedroom balcony and from the front balcony as well. The pizza and wings from the pizza shop in the South Tower were delicious and it was nice to go there the night we arrived since everyone was tired from the drive from Pennsylvania. The property was well-kept and the pool areas were recently renovated. There were daily optional activities for a small fee; our daughter and her friend enjoyed painting canvases and making candles. The property is conveniently located in a quiet and secluded area within walking distance of the fishing pier and the Arcadian Shores/lake area. Both Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing are a fifteen-minute drive. The outlets, multiple restaurants, and Walmart are close by. The unit was clean and welcoming. There were many updates like new carpet, new TVs, great lighting, an updated washer and dryer, and plenty of charging stations for electronics. The umbrella and the two chairs on the beach were convenient to have. There was plenty of room for the seven of us. There were only a few suggestions that I would make. Anytime we have stayed at the Sea Watch, cooling the unit evenly has been a challenge. Some areas are cold, while others are quite warm. It was challenging to keep everyone comfortable, especially at night. While the master bathroom shower was spacious, the other two showers were quite small. And finally, the queen sleeper mattress was not suitable for an adult. A child could have slept on it comfortably. Michele was easily accessible and very responsive to us before and during our stay. It is obvious that she takes great pride in her property. I would highly recommend this unit.

Our 3rd floor unit in the north tower is very convenient for parking and pool/beach access and Sea Watch has great amenities onsite including daily activities to keep everyone active. The pizzeria is a new addition to the resort, and they will even deliver to you right at the pool!! We take pride in the upkeep of our unit and our guest reviews show it... Thank you for providing your suggestions, we will look into to making the necessary updates, including replacing the mattress on the sofa sleeper. We look forward to reserving your next stay in Myrtle Beach!!

Family Vacation

Had a wonderful time on this vacation. The weather was absolutely perfect, the beach relaxing and I really liked working with this owner. This was our second time staying at this condo and I highly recommend the Seawatch Plantation. Nice location in North Myrtle Beach!!!

Another great stay !!

We love this condo! Parking is easy, well-stocked kitchen & great rooms. Clean and so nice. Views are incredible, too! SeaWatch has a lot of amenities and this is the perfect spot within the resort. Owners are so easy to deal with & very responsive. Washer & dryer is convenient to have. We have stayed before & will stay again!!! Thanks for sharing your second home with us.

We are located in the perfect spot: no elevators needed to get to the unit, stairwell down to pool deck & beach is right next door and of course the unobstructed & tranquil ocean view from the 3rd floor! Family Vacation - 3 generations

Condo exceeded our expectations, and the recent upgrades were evident. The kitchen was well equipped. The bedrooms , as advertised all offered Televisions and had sufficient and comfortable beds to handle all three generations . Terrific and large balcony with great view of the Beach and upon occasion the Dolphins kept us entertained . The family loved the Lazy River, Pools, and the Hot Tubs. We will certainly be back . A great setting for our Holiday Vacation .

Family Getaway! Amazing Vacation!

Absolutely wonderful time!! We couldn't of had a better trip! We're already wanting to go back!! The condo is beautiful, rooms/furniture are up to date, it was close to everything in town, had more than enough room for the 6 of us, so close to the ocean....it really felt like paradise. The view was just breathtaking, especially during sun rise! My brother even proposed to his girlfriend there and he couldn't of had a more perfect spot to do it!! This was a trip we'll never forget and are definitely looking forward too coming back. Michele was extremely generous & helpful! Thanks for everything!!
