Available through keyless smart locks entry. Our pool villa is secured with top of the line alarm systems. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Sleeping arrangements
Four bedrooms accommodate up to 10 guests, including two king bedrooms and two themed rooms that capture the imagination. The Harry Potter room offers a full bed and a twin bed, while the Star Wars room includes two twin beds. A queen memory foam pullout sofa adds flexibility for additional guests. The private master suite features a king bed, a ceiling fan, a smart TV, and sliding doors that open directly to the screened patio and pool. Its ensuite bathroom includes a bidet and a jetted soaking tub.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen provides the essentials for preparing meals, with space to gather around the dining table or enjoy a relaxed meal on the shaded outdoor patio. Breakfast is provided, and coffee lovers will appreciate having multiple ways to brew their morning cup.

The private patio area invites you to drift between the pool and the hot tub, both available all year and open 24 hours. Lounge seating and outdoor furniture offer a comfortable place to enjoy the warm Florida air. Guests who need to stay connected can make use of the dedicated workspace in a room with a door, supported by WiFi and an ethernet connection. Laundry is simple with a free washer and free dryer available. Essentials such as towels, bed linens, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage contribute to a comfortable stay. Safety features include exterior security cameras facing outward, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, and additional emergency supplies.

Located in a gated community in the Orlando Area, you’ll have nearby access to resort amenities including tennis courts, a splash pad, volleyball and basketball courts, a clubhouse, and a playground. Free driveway parking for four vehicles and self check-in with a smart lock make arrival easy. The home is pet-friendly, allowing you to bring along small pets and assistance animals.


The home as a driveway that can accommodate 4 cars or 2 SUVs. This community is right off highway 27 and connects to I4. Great commuter location. Overnight street parking requires a special pass that must be obtained from the host upon check in. Uber and Lyft are readible available.
