Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (19 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (10 minutes)

Available through keyless smart locks entry. Our pool villa is secured with top of the line alarm systems. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Living space
Gather in the air-conditioned living room, where a large smart TV streams Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Fire TV, and Roku. When the screen isn't enough, head to the dedicated game room - fully air-conditioned and packed with a pool table, ping pong table, air hockey, and arcade machines. Board games, books, and children's toys for all ages round out the entertainment options. A children's playroom adds yet another space for younger guests to explore.
 
Sleeping arrangements
Four themed bedrooms sleep up to 10 guests, each with its own personality. The Harry Potter bedroom features a full bed and a twin bed, while the Star Wars room offers two twin beds - both guaranteed crowd-pleasers for younger guests. Two king suites bring a more restful tone, each with a plush king bed, smart TV, and ceiling fan. A queen memory foam pullout sofa in the living area provides flexible additional sleeping space.
 
Master suite
The master bedroom offers a private retreat with a king-size bed, ceiling fan, and smart TV. Sliding glass doors open directly to the screened patio and pool area. The ensuite bathroom features a bidet and a jetted soaking tub - a perfect way to recover after a long day at the parks.
 
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is stocked and ready for home-cooked meals, with a GE refrigerator, Whirlpool stainless steel gas stove, stainless steel oven, dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker, Keurig, hot water kettle, toaster, blender, baking sheet, and wine glasses. Granite countertops and a full set of cookware, dishes, and silverware make cooking straightforward. Sit down together at the dining table, or take meals outside to the shaded patio dining area. A charcoal and electric BBQ grill is also available for outdoor cooking.
 
Outdoor living
The screened backyard centers on a private 16x32 ft pool - available year-round, open 24 hours, and heated. A private hot tub is also available year-round and open 24 hours, with hot tub heating included in your reservation. Pool heating is available at an additional cost. Outdoor furniture and lounge seating complete the space. Weekly pool maintenance is included, with additional cleanings available upon request.
 
Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms serve the home. The ensuite master bathroom features a jetted soaking tub, bidet, and shower. Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and hot water are all provided.
 
Laundry & practical extras
An in-building washer and in-unit dryer are available at no charge. The home also offers a dedicated workspace in a private room with a door, fast Wi-Fi, and an Ethernet connection - ideal for remote work. Clothing storage includes a walk-in closet, closet, and dresser. Room-darkening shades, iron, extra pillows and blankets, and a full set of essentials are all included. Cribs, a pack 'n play, standalone high chair, and children's dinnerware are on hand for families with young children.

Set within a secure gated community in the Orlando area, the home puts you minutes from Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Margaritaville, local wineries, and Orlando International Airport. Community resort access is included, with tennis courts, a splash pad, volleyball and basketball courts, a clubhouse, outdoor playground, and more. Free driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles is available on-site, with additional free street parking nearby.
 
Pets
Small pets up to 50 lbs and service animals are welcome. House guidelines are provided for traveling with pets.

The home has a driveway that can accommodate up to 4 cars or 2 SUVs. This community is conveniently located right off Highway 27 with easy access to I-4, making it a great commuter location. Uber and Lyft are also readily available in the area.

Overnight street parking is only allowed with a valid parking pass issued by the HOA. Guests must notify us before check-in if they will need overnight street parking so we can arrange the required pass in advance.

Vehicles parked overnight on the street without a valid pass may be towed at the owner’s expense. We are not responsible for any towing fees or related issues.

Please note that overnight parking at the Clubhouse is strictly prohibited.
