Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Keyless entry. The last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number will be used for access. Abundance of parking. Driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Guest can park extra cars overnight by the clubhouse. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Living & entertainment
The main living room is centred around a 55-inch HDTV loaded with Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Fire TV, Roku, and standard cable - enough to keep everyone happy on a lazy evening in. A separate family room connects directly to the patio, giving the group a natural second place to spread out. When the energy picks up, the game room delivers: arcade games, a pool table, a ping pong table, and life-size games all under one roof. A dedicated workspace with Wi-Fi and an Ethernet connection is set up in a private room with a door for anyone who needs a quieter corner.
 
Sleeping arrangements
Two master suites each feature a king bed and an ensuite bathroom - one opens directly onto the pool area. A third bedroom is fitted with a queen bed, and a Toy Story-themed room with two single beds is designed with younger guests in mind. A queen-size sofa bed in the living room brings total sleeping capacity to 10 guests across four bedrooms.
 
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with an LG refrigerator, GE stainless steel electric stove, stainless steel single oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, drip coffee maker, and Keurig machine. Coffee is provided to get the morning started. Dishes, silverware, wine glasses, cooking basics, a baking sheet, and barbecue utensils are all on hand - whether it's a pancake morning or a full group dinner. A dining table seats the group comfortably.
 
Outdoor living
Step outside and the private pool and spa are right there, available year-round and open 24 hours, with pool toys ready for the kids. Sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and an outdoor dining area surround the space. The gas BBQ grill is on hand whenever you feel like cooking outside. Pool and spa heating are available for an additional fee. The backyard is open and not fully fenced.
 
Family-friendly features
Younger guests are well looked after throughout. A children's playroom and outdoor playground give kids their own dedicated spaces, while a crib, Pack 'n play/Travel crib, standalone high chair, children's dinnerware, children's books and toys, and board games are all provided. Babysitter recommendations are available on request.
 
Bathrooms
Three bathrooms are fully stocked - bathtub access, bidets, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, hair dryers, and hot water throughout.
 
Location
The villa sits in the Orlando Area, putting the full lineup of theme parks within easy reach. Walt Disney World - Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, EPCOT, and Hollywood Studios - is close by, as are Universal Studios, Universal EPIC Universe, and SeaWorld. Free resort access gives guests use of a shared gym and lake access, rounding out the options when a park day isn't on the agenda.
 
The home is pet-friendly and suited to longer stays. Four driveway spaces are available at no charge, with free street parking also available. Self check-in is via smart lock. Housekeeping can be arranged at an extra cost. Exterior security cameras are located at the front and back of the property - none face any interior spaces.
