Thank you for taking the time to view our new family home.
The villa is located near Disney and sleeps up to 12 guests, it has a total of 6 bedrooms but 2 have US King size beds, 2 of them are master suites with en-suite bathrooms, a private southwest facing 30 ft pool, gardens, games room, 55"' LED TV in the living room, 32" LED TV'S in the King master bedrooms and all the other bedrooms, free FOIS Wifi, premium cable TV package and many more extra's. This is just a few of the amenities you get in the villa.

We have upgraded the villa and had new granite tops installed in the kitchen and on the breakfast bar. We have bought a new stainless steel fridge/freezer, microwave, range cooker and dishwasher which make a real difference to the open plan kitchen.
We have also had granite put in the downstairs master bathrooms and the bathroom upstairs.
The games room has a pool table.
The master bedrooms 1 and 2 have also been re-carpeted, painted and we have put two new full bedroom sets in with US Kingsize beds and ceiling fans.

There are two large leather sofa's in the living room, a breakfast bar, a large table and chairs in the dining room and new modern wall art throughout the villa.

Around the pool are luxury sunbeds and pads, reclining chairs and foot stools, tables and chairs.

This magnificent 6 bed, 3 bath villa is located only 15 minutes from Disney and 25/30 minutes from all the other Orlando attractions including restaurants and shops.

The house sleeps up to 12 guests and is perfect for large and multiple families or groups of friends who want to come and enjoy the fabulous facilities and attractions that Florida have to offer.

There is a large open plan living room, kitchen and dining room with the high vaulted ceilings. In the living room there is also a ceiling fan.
There is a 60" LED TV mounted on the wall of the living room and we have an upgraded premium cable TV package which includes all movies and sports channels.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes all crockery, glasses for both inside and outside, cooking utensils, pots and pans.

There are 2 large master bedrooms on the ground floor and upstairs you will find a further 4 bedrooms.

The bedroom layout is as follows.

Master Bedroom 1 - US King size bed - Master suite, 32" LED TV.
Master Bedroom 2 - US King size bed - Master suite, 32" LED TV.
Bedroom 3 - US Queen size bed - 32" LED TV.
Bedroom 4 - US Queen size bed - 32" LED TV.
Bedroom 5 - Twin room, two twin beds, 32" LED TV.
Bedroom 6 - Disney bedroom, bunk beds, Disney bedding and comforters, wall art, sleeps 2.

The large pool faces south-west so it has the sun on it 365 days of the year.
One of the main attractions with the vila and pool is that the decking overlooks the large private lake. You can sit and watch the sun go down.
On the decking we have put luxury sunbeds with pads, reclining chairs with foot stools, table and chairs. There is an additional second pool decking area that is outside the screening area with a table and chairs.

There is a games room that has in it a pool table.

The villa has free high speed WIFI so you can use your devices within the villa or on the pool decking. We also provide free of charge, high chairs and cribs/cots for you to use if you need them.

We are the owners of this house and we have been since it was built. We have tried to make 'Lakeside Villa' that perfect vacation destination for you, your family and friends. We look forward to speaking with you all very soon.
