Beautiful Downtown Loft - East Suite

Summary:
This beautiful suite is the prime location right downtown walking distance to bars, eateries, Cops and Doughnuts, shops, rails for trails, parks and the movie theater!

Fit for two but spacious enough for a small family, the East Room has a queen size bed, leather sofa, small table and kitchen, and beautiful bathroom. Look out the picture window for a view of main street Clare.


We are 17 minutes form the casino and CMU.

Guest Access:
The entrance is located on main street right next to the 505 Cafe. If you have trouble finding the door stop in to the cafe and they can point you in the right direction. Use the keypad on the door to enter. The East unit will be the First unit to your right. You will receive the door code in the "trip details" portion of Air Bnb 3 days before. Let us know if you have any questions upon arrival or throughout your stay.

Very nice maybe even nicer then that pictures came up here for the 18 casino and local attractions very nice place. i highly recommend it was worth it even tho i drove 3 hours each way.

Great place!

SUCH a cute place! Spotless and cute decor with everything you need right there. Communication was great, very quick responses. Great town, walkable to all restaurants and bars.

Perfect Getaway!

what a great place to stay! in a great city! we attended a concert at soaring eagle, had delicious food at timeout tavern and 505 cafe (the best avocado toast) loved the renovated suite, awesome shower and all the amenities we needed for our stay we will be back!

Delightful stay at 505District Upper Rooms

We spent two nights is this lovely suite. Despite the very cold weather outside, the split air heating units kept us cozy. The bed was very comfortable and all the amenities met our expectations. I love the exposed brick and the decor was very tasteful. We visited the café downstairs and really enjoyed our brunch.

Loved staying here!

Met a friend at a halfway point between where we live (northern and southern Michigan) and this was the cutest little place to stay in! Super clean, smelled amazing! The cafe below is also so great and we weren’t far from Mt Pleasant where we went for food and fun. We have already discussed wanting to meet there again!

Wonderful stay! The electric chair lift for the stairs was a great addition for my sister who has an autoimmune disorder.

Sweet Place

Loft was in the “heart” of Clare. Walking distance to everything in city. The Trail is a couple easy blocks away. Super clean and homey. Everything we hoped for.

Pretty Close to Perfect

I needed a place to stay in the area for one night, and this little gem was exactly what I needed. Easy to find and park, and about as cute as can be. Extremely clean, with just about every single thing a person could need, at least for a shorter stay, at your fingertips. I'm impressed!

Once lived in Clare so I was familiar with town. Excellent location and housing However, I have difficulty with my foot and found the shower to be very slippery. A handicap bar would be helpful for anyone who would need support

Adorable Loft

My husband and I stayed here for a golf weekend. The loft is centrally located in the friendly town of Clare which made dinner and shopping easy. We loved the decor and warmth of the loft. There is a wonderful cafe downstairs with great coffee and delicious food and there are plenty of other restaurants/pubs to choose from. We wish we were able to visit the speakeasy around the corner, but didn’t have enough time. The owners were wonderful and easy to communicate with when needed during a short power outage due to unforeseen circumstances. I would definitely stay here again.

42nd Anniversary

OMG! It was So Beautifully Done. We are seniors and i have arthritis in my legs. So the chairlift was a wonderful addition. Monica was so kind and very prompt in responding to my questions. There was a wonderful 505 Cafe below us & Cops & Donuts.We enjoyed our stay & cannot wait to visit again.

Nothing short of lovely!

My sister and I live in different towns and decided to meet and Claire for a girls night. I am so glad that we chose this apartment! It is as cute as can be! Great location! The hostess was super sweet and super helpful! I hope that I am able to come back with my husband soon! They had everything you needed, and more! Earplugs, mints, fan, slippers, cotton balls, Q-tips, and so much more! You really only need to bring pajamas because they have everything there! Thank you for making us feel so welcome!

Girls weekend with my BFF! I wish I could have stayed longer! This “suite” is more like a mini apartment and they have thought of your every need! The decor is adorable, bed is comfy, very nice bathroom and kitchen and small living area with a huge bay window where you can sit and watch the action in town! Coffee/tea bar is a nice touch! No Keurig but a coffee pot and a French Press for singles. The location is perfect for touring the town of Clare or if you’re attending a concert at Soaring Eagle Casino, about 15 minutes away, like we were! 505 Cafe below has delish breakfast and lunch. The famous “Cops and Donuts” bakery is about 3 doors down with a huge selection of donuts and pastries! We weren’t there for dinner so didn’t try anywhere else. There’s also a Speak Easy right around the corner! I am coming back with my hubby soon for a couples weekend!

Felt like home!

My son and I stayed at the East Suite and it was perfect. The moment we walked in it reminded us of our home in Florida. We came to Clare for a holiday visit with family who live in town. The condo is located within walking distance to everything that you may need, even with the rainy and snowy conditions! The window seat was perfect and when Cops & Doughnuts were perfecting their masterpieces, the smell was so tempting that we always had to pop in! Being from Flint, everyone loves Koegel's, Flint Style.. there is a cute little restaurant with some of the best staff we had during our trip!The condo itself is beautifully decorated and gives that cozy feel. We loved that it was still decorated for Christmas, even though we arrived on the 26th. The large window seat was inviting and the coffee bar was fully stocked which was awesome! Especially when I was worried about finding creamer for my coffee on our first morning there. We did have to reach out to Morgan to confirm where to park our car and she responded very quickly. You do have to park in a parking lot around the corner but we never felt unsafe or uneasy leaving our car there. We ate breakfast twice at the downstairs cafe and it was Fabulous. I definitely recommend the spicy bloody mary with the maple bacon! When we come back to Clare, which I am sure will be sometime soon, we will definitely want to stay at either the East or West Suite. Thanks Morgan for everything!
