Beautiful and clean 500 District Guest House. We only needed to stay one night but could have definably been comfortable staying longer. House kitchen and bath was equipped with all the basic necessities and some other fun stuff! We enjoyed our stay and also enjoyed coffee and breakfast downtown at 505 Café which is also owned by the 500 District.

Great place and location. Downtown was a 7 minutes walk. Mattresses were very comfortable and clean. Very nice and cozy little house.

Cozy and clean!

My friend and I stayed here in June. We brought our bikes to ride the Pierre Marquette Trail. We loved this rental and want to stay again! It’s very clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The two bedrooms are good sized. We enjoyed the little backyard with the privacy fence and party lights. We were very satisfied with this rental!

Family trip

We came here for horse progress days. This is perfect for our family of 3. Super clean, quiet. We even had a big group stay in suite A and you couldn’t hear anything they were doing. The beds and pillows are so comfortable! Communication with the owner was simple and easy. I highly recommend this cute place!

Very clean and comfortable with so many extra amenities. Very tastefully furnished with an abundance of very helpful information to help us navigate the area. We were very impressed and will definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Super Cute and Convenient

Super cute and convenient. This place had everything we needed. It gave us a quiet place to recuperate and clear our minds. The hot chocolate and marshmallows was a sweet surprise.

The only reason we gave the property a 4 was because of the broken thermostat. Because of the thermostat problem we had to use every fan in the place. There were also no screens in the property so we couldn't enjoy the night breeze to cool the place down
