Love the new updates to the house and the lily pad!!! The house is so spacious and can sleep a big group easily! The host is very quick to reply and great to work with. My only down side is there need to be proper steps to get down into the water, especially when lake levels are low in the cove. You have to jump down from the dock, which is too high for older people, young kids, or pets. There is no easy way to get on or off the dock to the beach/ water area. Thank you!

We had such an incredible stay at this lakefront home! From the moment we arrived, everything felt clean, bright, updated, and welcoming. The home has been beautifully refreshed with modern upgrades, stylish decor, and a fully updated kitchen with great appliances that made cooking and gathering easy and enjoyable.The outdoor setup truly made this place special. We spent our days kayaking, floating on the lilypad, swimming from the beach area, fishing off the private dock, and relaxing in the hammock with lake views. At night, the sunsets were absolutely stunning and the firepit area was the perfect place to unwind.The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, yet there was so much to do right at the property. It felt like the perfect balance of a relaxing retreat and a fun getaway. We made so many great memories here and would definitely book again!

Absolutely loved our stay at this lake house! The property was even better in person — beautifully updated, spotless, and so peaceful. The home felt fresh and modern with comfortable furnishings, updated finishes, and a gorgeous kitchen with new appliances that made it easy to cook and spend time together.The lakefront setup was amazing. We spent hours kayaking, floating on the lilypad, swimming, fishing off the dock, and relaxing in the hammock enjoying the view. The sunsets were breathtaking and the firepit area made evenings feel so cozy and relaxing.The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, and the entire property felt like the perfect escape from the city. It was ideal for both relaxing and having fun outdoors. You can tell the owners really care about creating a great experience for guests. We would definitely come back again!

I have to agree with a previous review that we saw. this place has a ton of potential, but our stay was pretty disappointing. The pictures definitely felt a bit misleading.Unlike the last guest, we didn't find the inside to be super clean. There were random items left on the floor, making it feel like it hadn't even been swept before we arrived. A guest bathroom mirror was not in the wall and on the floor so we didn’t have a mirror in there all weekend. They also mentioned minor bug issues, but we had to deal with a serious ant problem. The AC would randomly shut off, so we’d be hanging out outside only to come back to a sweltering hot house.I completely second what the other reviewer said about the kitchen and outdoor setup. There are nowhere near enough cooking basics or silverware. We wanted to use the grill, but it was super dirty and there was nothing provided to clean it with. The outdoor area in general just wasn't maintained. Even the lily pad was left completely muddy, like someone dragged it up the shore and nobody bothered to hose it off between stays.It’s a shame because the property has great bones, but there are just way too many basic things that need to be fixed right now

Water Toys and Fun!

Came here for a quick get away with my 5 and 7 year old boys. Great for fishing and getting right in the water. Kayaks and paddle boards were a blast, had a few falls lol! Great place to stay! Hopefully will be able to make it back sometime.

Great Spot with Water Access

My friends and I came for a couple night getaway to unwind and relax. Was perfect. Home was spacious, big yard, and access right to the water. Nice firepit for beers, smores. Grilled steaks out back. Will be back!

Fishing Trip

We stayed two nights for my son's fishing tournament. The property was clean and right on the lake. After fishing all day, our anglers were able to come back to the house and relax. Great visit!

Spacious and fun to navigate. There are some lovely renovated elements, but other key areas need improvement for a rental meant to sleep 10.Great kitchen appliances but missing some essentials if planning to cook. Not enough plates, bowls, cutlery, cups for a group of 10. Possibly an oversight, but only one dishwashing pod provided and a hand soap shortage. Not sure of the fridge water/ice situation due to expired filter, so recommend bringing your own. The host sent over a few extra beach towels when we found only one. The beds and kitchen were clean, but being an outdoorsy rental, there were some minor bug issues.The AC works great but cools the rooms a bit unevenly. The backyard and firepit are nice! My kids enjoyed the kayaks and hammock. The firepit is great roasting! We recommend moving the grill back up onto the deck near tables and seating, as shown in listing (currently under deck). We came with food for grilling, but it needed more cleaning than we wanted to take on. I believe there were two trash bins, but they were overflowing.Two major issues:1) Access to the sandy beachfront. There is a stack of cinder blocks and landscaping stones you’ll need to navigate. The listing should state there is not safe access to the water.2) A Peloton bike. Our son had a serious accident on it, and the host graciously allowed us to shorten our stay and partially reimbursed the reservation. There needs to be a safety warning in the listing and on the Peloton for children.

We take guest comments seriously and will review the supply levels, grill placement, trash service, and waterfront access you mentioned. The Peloton has since been removed from the property. While the circumstances surrounding the accident were extremely unfortunate, we were glad we could accommodate your early departure and provide a substantial partial refund. The vast majority of our guests have thoroughly enjoyed the home and its amenities, and we’ll continue making improvements wherever appropriate.

House was super spacious and well maintained. Perfect for our family trip. House was super cute and nicely decorated. We lucked out with nice weather and hung out on the back patio quite a bit and built a fire in the fire pit. We will be back for our next family gathering!!

Great space!

After a quick initial cleaning, this was the perfect house for my group of ladies. Plenty of beds with cute decor! We enjoyed the fire pit and kayaks. I’ll bring the boys back another day.
