ILIKAI BUILDING NOTICE:
Spalling repairs and full exterior painting of the building in effect. Please be advised: Balcony access for this unit/stack (Phase 4) will be restricted from approximately June 2026, to August 2026, during work hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). These dates are subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen delays. Please also be aware that noise disturbances may occur throughout the duration of this project.

The Ilikai Hotel located at 1777 Ala Moana Blvd, 8th Floor.

- Bed linens, bath, beach & kitchen towels
- Dishes, silverware, cookware (including tea kettle, rice cooker, blender)
- Hair dryer, iron & ironing board
- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).

Note: This is a legal one bedroom condo because of its size and full kitchen, however there is a partition that separates the bedroom from the living room.

CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

Everything was in good condition. Clean, enough room for four people. A lot of appliances to cook if you’re staying for a period of time. Easy access to get into condo. Would stay again

Good apartment. We like the side of the building - the sun light just before noon, so it is nit so hot inside. Also good view for fireworks. The unit has signs of renewal, good quality overall. The paddle is not secured on the wall and almost hitted the baby. Mattress is soft. Not recommended for people with back problems. There was no electicity for 12 hours which killed one full day for us - were not able to cook food for baby and no work without an internet.

Great location with amazing ocean, lagoon and pool view! The apartment was cleaned and with all amenities to a very comfortable stay. The building although busy was clean, quiet, and with many options such as ice cream, coffee place or restaurants at the lobby or nearby. Community was very good as well. Would love to return.

Perfect family condo stay

This condo was better than expected. Beautiful, clean, spacious and great views of the beach. The building itself was conveniently located walking distance to beach, multiple restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend this condo!

The apartment is clean, well equipped, and has a beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. Nice beach access close by. We had a lovely stay and would like to return the next time we're on the Island.

Location, location, location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights and we really liked it. We were close to the beach, restaurants, and public transportation. The area was quiet at night. The unit was nicely updated and the bed amazingly comfortable. The view from the balcony was the best feature for us because we could watch the surfers and sailboats out in the water.
