ILIKAI BUILDING NOTICE:
Spalling repairs and full exterior painting of the building in effect. Please be advised: Balcony access for this unit/stack (Phase 4) will be restricted from approximately June 2026, to August 2026, during work hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). These dates are subject to change due to weather conditions or unforeseen delays. Please also be aware that noise disturbances may occur throughout the duration of this project.

- Condo Supplies: coffee filters, dish soap, dishwasher soap, bar soap, travel size shampoo, conditioner, paper towel & toilet papers (once these items run out, you will purchase your own).

Note: This is a legal one bedroom condo because of its size and full kitchen, however there is a partition that separates the bedroom from the living room.

CHECK-IN IS 3:30PM — CHECK-OUT IS 10:30AM
Since another guest may check out the same day you arrive, to guarantee an early Check-In, reserve the condo for the night prior to arrival.

Everything was in good condition. Clean, enough room for four people. A lot of appliances to cook if you’re staying for a period of time. Easy access to get into condo. Would stay again

Good apartment. We like the side of the building - the sun light just before noon, so it is nit so hot inside. Also good view for fireworks. The unit has signs of renewal, good quality overall. The paddle is not secured on the wall and almost hitted the baby. Mattress is soft. Not recommended for people with back problems. There was no electicity for 12 hours which killed one full day for us - were not able to cook food for baby and no work without an internet.

Great location with amazing ocean, lagoon and pool view! The apartment was cleaned and with all amenities to a very comfortable stay. The building although busy was clean, quiet, and with many options such as ice cream, coffee place or restaurants at the lobby or nearby. Community was very good as well. Would love to return.

Overall, we enjoyed our week long stay and the view was amazing! The condo was very comfortable for our family of 3, very clean, small kitchen appliances were good - used the 2 slice toaster and electric tea kettle daily. Ice trays were available, lots of hangers in the closet, with a vacuum and both the bed and couch were comfortable.Some improvements I hope the hosts would consider adding are towel hooks in the bathroom. A single towel bar is not enough for daily use of bath towels and beach towels. There are only 4 place settings in the kitchen, so bring paper plates and plastic utensils so you don't need to wash dishes after each meal. The outdoor chair cushions on the patio looked old and worn and the beach equipment needs to be replaced - broken strap on one of the 2 chairs, very dirty, broken boogie board and beach umbrellas were not useable.We had a great stay, the location is excellent and were very pleased with onsite amenities at the Ilikai, like restaurant, ice cream and coffee shop. We would recommend to others and stay here again.

This condo was better than expected. Beautiful, clean, spacious and great views of the beach. The building itself was conveniently located walking distance to beach, multiple restaurants and shops. Would highly recommend this condo!

Amazing apartment, perfect location

This was my first time using VRBO. I was a bit nervous about the accuracy of the listing, but the experience was great. The property manager communication was excellent and they answered all my questions. The apartment is in a hotel facility and it was exceptionally clean when we arrived, the unit is exactly as pictures shown. The balcony has an incredible view where you can see the Hilton lake and the beach. We also had all the essential beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, boogie board, coolers, even a kid floatie, no snorkels), we were absolutely comfortable. The apartment itself is not big but the master bedroom and sofa sleeper were very comfortable. The bedroom has slider doors to close them so each ear have privacy, I found this very convenient. Kitchen was stocked and perfectly cleaned. Bathrooms had plenty of towel for our family of 4. O Thanks for such amazing

fantastic place with a lovely view

The apartment is clean, well equipped, and has a beautiful view of the beach from the balcony. Nice beach access close by. We had a lovely stay and would like to return the next time we're on the Island.
