Insect infested apartment. Do not stay.
Place had bugs all over. Like literally trying to crawl over you while you sat on the couch. Crawling on the walls.

Horrible location.
The neighborhood is subpar. There are 2 units in this property. When we arrived there was a broken tree branch spanning the driveway 12 ft up. It was resting on the roof & was still attached to the tree. Many other large branches littered the driveway & we cleared those so we could pull in. We reported this to Doorstep Rentals & were told it would be cleaned up the next day.
There were young men in the front unit. They partied late at night & blocked the driveway. Woke us 3 times during the first nite.
The next morning we had to ask them to move their vehicle so we could leave.
The property itself was clean, but in need of some TLC. Especially bathroom. Loose wall hanger for toilet paper, no mirror & water damage around tub. Shower head pipe connection leaks. The area rug in the front room needs cleaning. It would be nice to have a standing lamp for lighting other than overhead ceiling lights only.
We returned to the rental property on Saturday evening only to find another branch had fallen onto the driveway & house. It had broken off of another tree & left a large sharp branch hanging over the doorway to our rental unit. It hung precariously just waiting for the right moment to crash down onto the concrete steps.
I took several pictures & sent them to Doorstep Rentals to advise them of the unsafe entry. By now it was late Saturday afternoon. We Left asking for a refund.representative to let them know we decide TLC.
