This split style ranch offers a spacious master suite and three additional bedrooms totaling 2700 square feet of luxury and open floor plan hosting up to eight comfortably. Nestled along the base of a mountain, experience beautiful sunrises and privacy in the club like pool with water features or stargaze by the gas firepit each night and enjoy the ambiance during your stay. The built in gas grill compliments the newly remodeled gourmet kitchen to entertain your friends or family. Cool desert nights outdoors? Enjoy the 48inch gas poolside firepit or sip some wine in front of the indoor gas fireplace or watch a movie on the 65 inch TV with hiqh quality sound. Hi Speed WiFi on site.

Scottsdale home

Great home in a great friendly neighborhood. Close to many hiking and biking trails and just far enough from the busy city areas. Owner very accommodating and available.

Great Experience

Backyard oasis with amazing view of mini mountain. Beautiful pool and lounging furniture.Host was exceptional to work with and very responsive. This is truly a gem in a great location. Quiet neighborhood, great walking and hiking options out the front door and friendly neighbors. If you have the opportunity and looking for a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, check this place out.

Brian & Cathy were terrific guests! Not only super friendly, but a delightful couple who truly enjoyed the AZ experience our home offers while taking excellent care of it. Their communication made hosting them a breeze. They were even kind enough to help get the pool started for their use. They are welcome to stay with us any time!

Can't say enough good things about this home. We spent 3 wonderful months here and would highly recommend it to anyone. Sam is an awesome host and was very responsive to our inquiries and questions. Scottsdale Paradise

This property is paradise! From the moment we stepped into the home, we knew it was the perfect place for us. The entire home was exactly like the pictures…well appointed, clean, and beautiful inside and out. Sam was amazing to work with, before and during our visit. He always responded promptly as his goal is to have your vacation stress-free. The backyard is gorgeous with the pool, fountain, fire pit, patios, and grill…all overlooking a beautiful mountain. This backyard is private, quiet, and dog friendly. The home’s location is close to hiking trails, bike trails, restaurants, and shopping in Scottsdale and Fountain Hills. We will definitely rent Sam’s home again as it was a vacation to remember!

Jill and her group were the perfect guests! Friendly, courteous, and helpful ate just a few words to describe them. She communicated wonderfully prior and during their stay, was respectful and courteous to our home and truly enjoyed the AZ experience. She shared their activities and experiences almost daily. It was like we had known each other for years. They even helped make minor fixes around the place. It was a treat to host Jill and they're welcome again anytime!

The views are incredible and the privacy spectacular! Our neighborhood is small with only a few cars passing by daily while having a mountain in the back yard is a plus! Only a few minute drive to all the entertainment one can desire.
