Great central location — steps to beach and restaurants

We loved our stay in Cabo! Family of 4 (2 elementary aged kids). The proximity to the beach with provided beach gear was fantastic! The hotel pool restaurant and bar was the highlight of the trip! House manager Maggie was outstanding, thorough and available when needed for questions or help! The condo is BEAUTIFUL and so much space! We can’t wait to book a return visit!

Great spot all around

The place had it all. Beautiful interior, comfortable& spacious condo, full amenities, great pool and clubhouse. Close to everything we needed from grocery & restaurants to the beach & marina & old town. we loved our stay! Can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful Stay!

Beautiful condo in a great location. Felt very safe staying here traveling with 2 teenagers. Perfect spot that is close to all the action at Medano Beach. The condo was very clean and beautifully furnished. Host was very responsive and very friendly. Will stay here again!

Amazing place to stay!

Marina Sol is my go to place to stay in Cabo. Close to everything, relaxing and great hosts. This was my first time staying with Maggie and I don’t think I’ll ever not stay there. It has everything you need and it’s the cutest, cleanest place to stay. The unit is adorable! Best stay!

Great Spot

First off, Maggie is terrific. She arranged our airport transportation, recommended restaurants, and a fishing guide. The property in general is older but very well maintained. The staff is very friendly. As for the condo. It was recently re-modeled and very nicely done. Had everything you could want and was perfect for the 5 of us including 3 kids under 13.

Paradise in Cabo

We had an excellent trip to Cabo. Staying at the Marina Sol/Casa Bonita Flora condo was peaceful and exhilarating at the same time. The condo was beautiful. The pool there was relaxing and the staff was helpful. Great poolside restaurant. Medano Beach was 5 mins from our condo.

Relaxing Stay

Amazing and newly remodeled accommodations with all of the desired equipment and comforts. Beds were wonderful and the owner thought of everything to make the stay a success for me and a group of friends who have known each other since preschool and needed a getaway to decompress after the new year. I have stayed at Marina Sol over a half dozen times and this was my favorite unit yet. Highly recommend!

AMAZING!!

We loved our stay at Maggie’s property! She was very easy to communicate with and prompt with responses. The location is fantastic and close to everything Cabo. The condo is decorated nicely and has all the needed amenities. We would highly recommend and would book again in the future!

Great condo in a great location

Apartment is excellent, perfect for a family of 4 and really well equipped. The owners have thought of everything. Maggie was excellent which made everything really easy. Location- one block from the beach and a five minute walk to the supermarket and marina. We’d love to come back

Excellent location, unit is all updated and very nice. It was well appointed and even had a couple of beers in the fridge when we arrived to get us started. Maggie was quick to respond to any concerns.

Will stay here again

Beautiful newly renovated rental. Absolutely everything you need in a location including beach towels, sunscreen, drying rack, washer and dryer, beach chairs and umbrella, fully stocked kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies, and much more. Maggie the liaison was always available via text for questions. 2 blocks from the beach and surrounded by restaurants. 1 block from Walmart and the mall. We want to come back!

Oasis in a busy Cabo

First time to Cabo for me, loved Maggie's condo - three beds and two bathrooms was luxury for me and my older teen girls. She has everything you need, even sunscreen and the beach umbrella was so useful. Parking is easy - we loved having a rental car so we could go explore other beaches as Medano Beach at Spring Break is tolerable for only a day or two at most. The pool at the complex is perfect, lots of chairs and the pool is heated. Best food around is right next door at Gardenia's.

Location location location

Best location in Cabo! Walk to Médano Beach & so many restaurants. Bonus new Walmart one block away! Condo has been recently completely remodeled and is well appointed. Plenty of room for us - two empty nester couples. Would be perfect for one large family too! Management available to answer questions & address any issues. Kitchen is one of the best stocked of any VRBOs we’ve stayed: complete with coffee, condiments, spices, dishes, glasses, etc. Laundry room with all the necessities, an extra pull out bed & all your beach needs! Condo is quiet, doesn’t back to busy street. Resort itself is secure, a little “tired” but we still enjoyed the pool area. Try IL Forno, Roasted, La Vaca Tinta and get at least one massage at the Sandbar! Grab beach towels, a cooler w drinks/snacks and take a glass bottom boat to Lands End for a hour - fun pic opportunities! Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic property!! My husband, me, & our kids (14,17) stayed June 14-19, 24. From the beginning the communication w/Maggie, the hostess, was easy. She was very responsive and beyond helpful. She arranged very reliable, prompt, and timely airport private transportation for us and she was present upon our arrival to give us a tour/info. The property is fabulous! The bar and restaurant on site that is open daily 7AM to 11PM-great food, drinks (with premium liquor choices) and friendly and staff. The large pool was awesome with a shallow are for little ones.There is a swim up bar. plenty of shade and sun seating and a hot tub.The pool was cleaned every morning so it was very clean. The lobby is very nice with a bar and convenience store Security is present 24/7 & make rounds day and night. Friendly folks on property. The condo is amazing-recently renovated and modern yet very cozy & roomy. Two bedrooms with full en suite baths w/shampoo/bodywash/sunscreen.Beds very comfortable.The best stocked condo we have ever stayed in: tons of kitchen essentials, wine fridges, coozies, spices, oils, beach towels, cooler, laundry/detergent, cleaning/dishwashing supplies. Look then shop! The location is perfect-very short walk to Walmart, Medano beach, tons of restaurants, and a $7 Uber ride to the marina/downtown. Medano beach is great-vendors but very polite. Beach chairs available no cost at many places when you buy food/drink/tip. FYI-many narrow stairs into condo. No elevator.

Ken & Cheryl Garcia fell in love with Cabo since early 90's, they finally took the big step and decided to buy this gorgeous property within the fun community of Marina Sol. They are about to fully renovate their condo during construction season next May of this 2022. The condo is nice as it is now and you can enjoy it very much, but soon will be spectacular, modern and more unique! Hopefully we will see you soon in our beautiful piece of paradise!
