This condo, renovated in November 2022, has it all: just steps to the beach and easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, Tybee Pier and Pavilion, and the Marine Science Center. A bright, open interior greets guests with new decor and modern essentials, including central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, a hair dryer, and WiFi throughout. The contemporary, full kitchen is all new and well-equipped with major appliances and utensils to accommodate home cooking. A built-in breakfast bar offers seating along with a formal dining table. You'll be able to hear the ocean calling and catch peek-a-boo ocean over morning coffee on the private balcony. You'll find a smart TV in the primary bedroom and the living area, and there are also nostalgic children's games perfect for younger guests or throwback fun.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Loved the location!

So close to everything — shops, restaurants, bars…and because it was the holiday weekend, we were literally steps away from the holiday market and tree lighting! Great place, super comfy, and we would love to stay there again.

Great stay, wonderful location. You are surrounded with a lot of things to do. My only issue was the door didn’t want to lock. It would take about 15-20 mins to try to get the lock to actually lock.

Great place for a family vacation

Good Condo too dirty for us

Location is great, condo could be very nice just dirty with lumpy bed in master bedroom and very loud A/C on rear balcony by MB.

The place was clean and very nicely decorated! The deck was wonderful to sit and have coffee on in the morning. The location was great with a quick walk to the beach and a couple blocks to restaurants and stores. Grocery close by. Perfect spot for a girl’s weekend!

Closer to beach

Property is clean and close to the beach, easy parking My 1 complaint is that it is advertised as accepting kids 0-17, however, there is no safe sleep option for children under 2. I would not advertise as a place for children under 2, if there is not a safe sleep option provided. I did ask if a pack and play could be provided and was told to bring my own

Nice place

We loved the location and the space. The beds were horribly uncomfortable. Like the worst. There was some gunk on one of the pillows that appeared to be earwax and it was really gross. Everything else was nice. Very close walk to beach and the shops and restaurants.
