Hi, We're Will and Brienna (aka NoMi Getaways Vacation Rentals)! We live and work in Northern Michigan and feel incredibly lucky to call this area home with our two teenage kids. We work on curating stays that feel calm, beautiful, and thoughtful—right down to the mattresses, linens, and little details that make a trip feel special instead of generic.

We manage several short-term rentals in the Petoskey / Charlevoix / Boyne area, so we know how important it is that everything is spotless, easy to use, and exactly as described. We love good design, meaningful travel, and sharing our favorite local spots—whether that’s the best place to watch the sunset, grab a cocktail, or sneak in a morning coffee with a view.

We live nearby so we can be available on site if needed. We respect our guests' privacy and offer a self-check-in process. While we will not be present during your stay, we are always available via the messaging app or phone if you have any questions or need assistance. Your comfort is our priority, and we're happy to help make your stay exceptional.
We want you to have everything you need to enjoy our home and do everything in our power to ensure that is the case!

The house is situated about a quarter mile into the neighborhood off a main highway. It's a very quiet neighborhood and many of the homes are beautiful estates that sit off the road. There is plenty of safe, quiet roads to walk.
We have 2 boats for rent as well as a wood-fired sauna, at additional costs. Not included with property rental.

No cats allowed
There is a pet fee of $125. We love dogs, but realize that not all of our guests do. We work hard to make sure there is no evidence after each four legged guest so we have the following rules:

1. No dogs on the furniture.
2. You must clean up all waste in the yard. If not, a fee of $50-$100 will be charged.
3. Dogs must not be left alone at the house unless crated.
4. The pet fee you paid covers your dog’s stay. Any additional cleaning required (hair, paw prints, dirt, etc) because of your dog will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. We do have cleaning supplies available at the house, so if there is a need to clean up after your dog, you’ll have the opportunity. Please DO NOT wash/dry comforters. Again, we just ask that pets are not on the beds (or any furniture).
5. 1 dog max. No cats allowed, sorry.
