Cozy and fully remodeled second floor unit 1BR / 1BA, sleeps 4. Features full kitchen, washer/dryer, smart TV, cable and WiFi, board games and Roku. Downtown fabulous reataurants and shopping within 5-10 min walk and 17 min walk to the beach where you can enjoy numerous summer activities such as swimming, boating, kayaking, fishing and lots more. Bring your pets!

Darn near perfect although perhaps taller people sho uld be warned not to hit their head when going upstairs. I knew there would be stairs and was ok with that, but didn't expect them so steep and narrow.Would much prefer two easy chairs (recliners) than the second sofa.And, every TV in MI ought to be able to get Tiger games, but I couldn't figure out how to on yours.Overall, we loved it and might rebook. Thanks.

Cozy and close to town!

This was our 1st time using a VRBO, and it did not let us down! We were shocked upon arrival that an Apple Festival was about to take place while we were there, so we made fill use of that! The walking distance to town was also extremely nice. Great place to hide away for our 25th anniversary . away

Place was clean-steep stairs and a toe-breaker step in the middle..few amenities, just enough of everything just to get by, and the cheapest toilet paper ever made-a sign of someone that is just out to make a buck

cozy near downtown and Lake Charlevoix

We needed a place to stay while preparing our boat for an extended cruise into the North Channel. The property was clean, convenient and well situated between our harbor and town and all needed services. It was quite hot during our stay and the AC was a god send. Also great washer/dryer. Only ding might be the lighting in the appt was not great.

Nice Unit

We enjoyed our stay in this cute unit. It was the perfect walking distance to downtown and gave us a place to relax in our down time while in Charlevoix.
