Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.

Other activies include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in all bedrooms.

Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (15 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (10 minutes).

Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

A dedicated virtual workspace sits in the living area, supported by fast WiFi verified at 287 Mbps - strong enough for 4K streaming and video calls across multiple devices. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the entire home comfortable, and an energy-saving system helps regulate temperature throughout.

Sleeping Arrangements
The villa has four bedrooms. The first master ensuite features a king bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, and a private bathroom with rain shower and bidet, opening directly onto the pool area through sliding glass doors. The second master ensuite mirrors that setup with a king bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, and private bath. The third bedroom offers a queen bed, and the fourth is a Mickey-themed room ideal for younger guests, with two single beds, a smart TV, and a ceiling fan. Altogether the home sleeps up to 10 across seven beds.

Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is equipped with a GE refrigerator, Samsung stainless steel electric stove, single oven, microwave, and dishwasher. For your morning routine there is a Keurig and a drip coffee maker. Day-to-day cooking is covered by an air fryer, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, baking sheet, and a full set of cookware, dishes, and barbecue utensils. A charcoal grill is available at no extra cost, and a propane gas grill can be rented on request. The dining table seats the group, and wine glasses are on hand for evenings in.

Game Room & Entertainment
The air-conditioned game room earns its place as the villa's showstopper: 65-inch smart TV, pool table, air hockey, arcade games, board games, and life-size games fill the space. Every bedroom and the family room also has a smart TV with streaming services and cable, so winding down after a long park day is effortless.

Outdoor Pool & Spa
The private screened-in pool and spa are available year-round, open 24 hours. Heating for the pool or spa is available at an additional fee. Weekly professional maintenance is included, and a pool skimmer is provided between services. Outside, you have an outdoor dining area, sun loungers, and lounge furniture - the setup for a proper Florida evening in your own backyard.

Resort & Location
As a guest you have free access to resort amenities nearby, including a shared gym, tennis courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball, and a fishing lake with lake access via a path. Situated in the Orlando area, the villa sits 10 miles from Disney - close enough for early rope drops, far enough for a quiet night.

Practical Details
The home includes a washer and dryer in-unit, iron, drying rack, room-darkening shades, and ample clothing storage across a walk-in closet, closets, and dresser. Linens, towels, and essential toiletries are provided. A crib, pack 'n play, standalone high chair, children's dinnerware, and a children's playroom are all on-site, along with an outdoor playground and toys for all age groups. Babysitter recommendations are available on request. Breakfast is provided. Pets are welcome. Self check-in is via smart lock. Housekeeping is available at an extra cost. Parking fits four vehicles on the driveway, with free street parking also available. Two exterior security cameras cover the front and back of the property (none face interior spaces), and the home has smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs
