Your family will be close to everything when you stay at Gram's Beach House! We are conveniently located 10 miles from Walt Disney and Universal. Centrally located. Lots of shopping, restaurants or just peace and quiet, cooking at home and making memories to last a lifetime with your loved ones. Can accommodate 2 large families. Triple split floorplan. We have a screened in, heated pool for those that may be escaping the Northern winters and removable volleyball net for the entire family to enjoy! We look forward to you being our guest.

Beautiful home, great vacation place.

We had the best time in this home. The pool was heated perfectly, the host was easy to work with and fast to respond to messages. Everything was very clean, the beds were so comfortable. House was fully stocked with everything we needed. Can't say enough good things!

Winter vacation

We had a great family time for new years. We paid for the pool to be heated and spent a lot of time outside. The beds and shower are really good, bedrooms and bathrooms have a very good space, the layout of the house was perfect for us. The house has a great location close to Kissimmee and Orlando. We did not want to leave. Thabk yoy Tammy.

Universal fun!

This property/host was easy to book from beginning to end. They were very responsive and attentive and they wanted to ensure our stay was nothing less than perfect. What you see is exactly what you get. The home, decor and made for a comfortable and relaxing family vacation for our famiky of 6 plus a dog. Thanks so much! We’ll be back!!

Nice stay with A+++ communication

The good: * Nicely designed with relaxing decor * clean floors, countertops, bathrooms * plenty of local food options and grocery stores within a 15 min drive * best communication I’ve ever had with a host, with very reasonable checkout expectations The not-so-good * located close to a very busy and noisy highway which can be easily heard inside the house and pool area * some areas were not very clean (e.g. light switches, cabinet pulls, baseboards were grimy)

Clean and well mananged property

The communication was great with the owner as we had to change the dates due to the recent hurricane. The house was clean and well situated.

Moth infestation

The house was great!! Nice and clean! My only complaint is that there was a huge section of screen missing in the screen porch there were dozens of moths inside that we had a hard time eat outside moths flying in our food. Spent about 20min cleaning the pool take out dozens of moths. Homeowner should have inspected before hand. We still made the best of it!

Beautiful Home, Great Owner

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. There is plenty of seating in the living room which flows out to the patio and pool. The kitchen is amazing with a large pantry. The master bedroom has a huge bathroom with a jetted tub, shower, double vanity and toilet closet AND this house is pet friendly! There is quite a large grassy area to walk your dogs behind the house. We went to the parks 3 of the 4 days we were there, and the drive to Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios and Epcot was around a half an hour to all 3. There is a grocery store, gas station and a Slim Chicken restaurant just a minute from the house. There is also a Papa Johns and a Chinese restaurant right in the strip mall next to the Publix grocery store. If you want a larger selection of restaurants, you'll need to drive 15 minutes or so. Finally, the owner is top notch. We had a few issues during our stay. Tammy dealt with our problems the best she could. She is super nice and a great communicator.

Lovely Stay

Thank you all for making my partner and I stay so lovely. Hosts who have great communication & that our genuine are hard to find. If anyone is looking to find that in a host please book with them. They were so lovely and nice hosts that they even treated my significant other & I crumbled cookies for our anniversary. (:

The house was attractive, spacious, & very clean. The pool was well kept, although the heater wasn't working per their notification. Felt safe in the neighborhood. One suggestion would be to lengthen fan/light chains so they can be reached to adjust.

Cozy stay! Felt like home :)

Had a great staycation with family. The home could easy accommodate 10 people. 4 bed, 3 bath and the place is just 20 minutes away from disney world magic kingdom. Had a pleasant stay, the place was neat and clean with all the necessary amenities. Would definitely recommend the place to folks travelling to disney world/orlando.

I am a person who stays at VRBO’s whenever I travel with my family or a group. So With that I use reviews almost exclusively to make my decision. pictures:descriptions can be misleading but reviews normally tell the story. Some people whine complain about anything and everything. I can only tell you honestly what this place offers. So I will try to get Right to the point
 This place checks all the boxes. First off it’s secure, it’s nice , it’s all new/ redone etc. has ALL that you need to be comfortable, 4 bedrooms 3 baths, Pool ( did not use ) but it was clean and nice . Nice appliances. Its not dated and old
. And the PRICE IS RIGHT
. The biggest thing is the owner she hits it out of the park. Communication was the best I have had with any VRBO. She is first class and very attentive. You will not be disappointed staying here . It’s close to Disney and best part of location
 is YOU CAN SKIP I4 to get back and forth from the parks.

We are native Floridians and truly love living here. We bought this home as a second home for our family to enjoy when the kids are out of school. There is so much to do in the Davenport area. We are 10 miles from Disney and we are also 10 miles from Gaylord Palms which we love to go for the day and enjoy "ICE" in the winter and different activities throughout the year.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We love this home because it is so close to Disney, Legoland and all the other theme parks. We also love dinner and hanging out in Disney Springs. Our home is so close to everything. We also offer strollers for our guest so that they won't have to travel with theirs and risk damaging or have to rent from Disney. We also have a pack n play and high chair at the house for convenience with the little ones. Many times we just like to stay in and play in the pool which is heated so it can be enjoyed year round.

We've stayed at properties where the photos must have been touched up or taken ages ago and the home is a let-down compared to the online photos, but this property is exactly what you see in the photos, and it doesn't feel like a hotel or commercialized short-term rental either, it feels like you're staying at your Gram's house.
