This newly renovated 2/2 SINGLE story townhouse is perfect for a quick getaway, business travel or extended stay. Fully renovated with comfort and style in mind. Property has a porch leading out to a walkway to connect to the Haile Village. Unit is attached to Vrbo 1901081 which is also available for rent!
Master bedroom has a king size bed with en suite with walk-in shower. Second bedroom has two twin beds. Queen sized Aero mattress available upon request to sleep up to 6 people total. Second bathroom has tub/shower combination. Kitchen features 8' island, custom cabinetry, new appliances. Designated laundry area with washer/dryer and folding area. Roku smart tv in living room and Roku smart tv in master bedroom.
Haile Village offers local dining and shops and a great Farmer's Market that meets every Saturday morning. Nestled amongst trees, the back of the property faces the creek that meets up to the Village.

The accommodations were updated, clean and had lots of room. This locations is perfect to the shops and stores near by! Our favorite restaurant Samba Brazilian kitchen is within walking distance in Hail Plantation. Perfect stay and Claudia was only a text or phone call away with an answer!

The townhouse is clean, the kitchen is great, the living room is relaxing, the beds are comfortable, the location is perfect, the neighborhood is quiet, and the host is exceptional. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great spot!

We have been traveling to Newberry for softball tournaments for YEARS and wish we had found this earlier!Very cute, very well-stocked townhouse! Claudia thought of everything. Short walking distance to restaurants and shops. Will definitely be telling other softball families about this find!

Magnolia Walk

We were impressed with the property--just what we wanted. The size was perfect for the two of us and it had no stairs. It was convenient to the U of F campus and to the village center. The property was clean and well furnished.

Birthday gathering in Haile Plantation

A bunch of family came together to celebrate my wife’s sister’s 80th birthday. The location of your property was a giant plus. Easy 10 minute walk to their home in Haile.

Perfect Retreat

This property is located in a quiet cul de sac in Haile Plantation, s/w Gainesville. The open floor plan house is well laid out and comfortably furnished. The kitchen provides lots of storage space and island prep space for those who like to cook. Families will appreciate having both counter seating and a dining table. Inside new washer and dryer also includes space for folding clothes and more storage. Master br has comfortable king size bed, and br2 has 2 twins. Spacious closets in both bedrooms. Easy access from the house to numerous walking trails. A 2 min walk takes you to the Towne Square with its shops and eateries plus the weekly don’t-miss Farmers’ Market. The Natural History Museum, Botanical Gardens, Art Museum and grocery stores are all within a 15 minute drive. The owner, Claudia, was friendly and responsive to our communications, making this a most pleasant stay.

Summer work getaway

Such a beautiful property! It was everything I was seeking and more. Prime location. The walking trails and paths were extensive and easily accessible. The townhome was cozy chic and felt like home. I’m looking forward to my next visit!
