INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Beautiful condo, with comfortable furnishings and amazing views from the huge balcony. Loved the desk, for getting some work done. Most comfortable bed and living room furniture of any condo we have stayed at. The bathrooms were well designed and huge closet in main bathroom was wonderful for storing suitcases, shoes, and hanging up your clothes. Great tv setup. The best part of this amazing condo was the roomy, well furnished balcony with great views of the gulf and the pier.

Fabulous Rental

This vacation rental was everything we wanted and we couldn't be more pleased with our stay. It was very clean, location was great, and had all the possible needed amenities. Will look to book this rental again in the future.

Nice condo, everything you need.

This condo was clean and decorated nice with everything you could need for a vacation. Although not exactly beachfront it still had a great view of the ocean and pier, pier park is walking distance plenty of shopping and restaurants. Building is very quiet I didn’t hear any outside noise all week even though it’s right by the elevator. Plenty of covered parking, if I ever come back to PCB I’ll definitely look to stay there again.

Great Location

Our stay was during the busy spring break week, however the location of this unit was perfect for walking to local restaurants. Although the strip was busy, the quietness of the condo was wonderful and beach access was very easy. The condo itself was very clean and had all the amenities needed for the week. Absolutely recommend the Calypso Tower 3

Very clean and cozy condo. The pool was clean as well and way better than others we have visited in the past. I would definitely recommend staying here. The view was amazing and everything we needed was walking distance.

I have nothing but good things to say about the unit I stayed in at the property. Everything was pristine. The unit is beautifully decorated and new. This location of building 3 is beach front view but it’s accross the street from the beach. I failed to understand that prior to arriving. Other than that our stay was absolutely excellent.

PERFECTION!

Look no further, this is the one! This condo was exactly as described and even better. Attention to detail and pride of ownership shine, including many personal touches that go above and beyond. Everything here is new construction and immaculately maintained, including the condo, pool, cabanas, work out room, grounds, etc. We slept soundly on a super comfortable mattress, sleeping temps were perfect, no neighbor noise and showers are hot. Kitchen was well stocked with everything imaginable including high quality pots, pans, etc. This is the diamond we have been looking for and can't wait to come back!

Highly Recommend!!! Top Notch Comfortable Stay!!!

Some much good going on here! This condo is beautiful in everyway, really nice furnishings - a cut above the normal rental and super clean. Our favorite part was watching the sunsets and pods of dolphins from the giant balcony, and falling asleep to crashing waves. We loved that this condo has a balcony twice as big as some of the other 1 bedrooms, and just as big as the 3 bedrooms. The pool, hot tub and fire pit are all new and spotless. Condo parking and Pier Park shopping are both right next door. We couldn't have been happier to stay here! We're already booking our next stay :)
