This property is very comfortable and well appointed. It’s right across the street from the beach which makes it not only convenient but the views from the windows are spectacular. The hosts, Mark & Lynda are top notch and very responsive. I highly recommend this property and the hosts.

The room was very clean and perfect to sit in and overlook the ocean. We heard great things all over about our hosts everyone was very friendly. The beach was so nice very easy access and not to packed out during our stay. It is perfect for walking to near by shops and karaoke bars too.

This is a great place to stay in Panama City. Right across the street from Sharkeys, easy access to the beach. Highly Recommend staying at this location.

Amazing condo!

I can’t say enough good things about this condo! It was spotless and so beautifully decorated! Comfy bed, great views, and huge balcony with lots of seating. Easy beach access right across the street. Amazing hosts that communicate easily and often. We felt very well taken care of! We will definitely be back!

We have been visiting origin for 11 years now and this condo was the best one we’ve stayed at. There are so many extra amenities, such as beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels,etc. The owners are great! They are very responsive and want to ensure you have the best trip possible. We will definitely be staying there again!

Family vacation

This condo is great, the deck is perfect for people watching & enjoying the view. The unit is clean & well stocked. The location is close to so many other things to do on rainy days. We had only 2 beach days due to weather which wasn’t so great. On one our beach days they were having a skim board competition, which was a treat.

We are Mark, Lynda, and Romeo the bulldog. We live in Dallas and own this condo on Florida's beautiful Emerald Coast on the Gulf of Mexico. Panama City Beach (PCB) is home to one of America's most beautiful beaches.

Beautiful condo, fully furnished, we even provide a couple beach chairs so you don't need to bring them from home or buy them in PCB (Panama City Beach). Family-friendly, also great for couples. A beautiful resort-style pool and spa with glorious views of the Gulf. Origin is close to many restaurants and shops. Pier Park is within walking distance with many shops, restaurants, nightlife, even a Ferris wheel to get the best sunset views anywhere! Origin has two rooftop decks for sunrise and sunset viewing.
