Pool is heated along with the hot tub! NO extra charge to guest. Pool will be cooled in the summer months. You couldn’t pick a better oasis that is centrally-located in Peacock Village . 🩚 You will feel as though you have come to a private retreat perfect for honeymooners, couples, families or by yourself for a recharge! Close to P83 with tons of restaurants, shopping, the stadium and world class golfing! Place has a tropical vibe that won’t disappoint! Grass yard for Crochet or some Cornhole. Garage is not available. Has fenced RV pad. House is NOT eco-friendly for charging electric cars. Please you local charging stations nearby to charge them. Nest camera at front door/driveway and both gates. Date exchange under 30 days of arrival are not permitted. . Contact me anytime at 253-970-7725.

This was our second stay at Diamond in the Desert. Both times our experience was excellent. The neighborhood is quiet but still close to lots of amenities. The house offers plenty of space, is beautifully decorated and very clean with attention to details. Leah is a great communicator and checked in via text a couple of times to make sure all was well. Thanks again Leah for hosting us.

The house was beyond our expectations! The kitchen was very well equipped. House was very clean, and had all the amenities we needed. I contacted Leah about the pool temperature feeling cold -I got a response right away. The inside of the house was spacious and the outside pool area was fantastic. We enjoyed our stay, and created wonderful memories for 3 generations of girls.

Leah’s place felt like stepping into our own private resort adventure! The house was sparkling clean, super spacious, and every corner was decorated with the cutest touches. She even left little surprises for us that made it feel extra special.Even though the weather went wild with crazy rainstorms, it only added to the fun. We claimed the covered outdoor space by the pool as our hangout zone—playing cards, swapping stories, and watching the storms roll through like our own front-row nature show.The hot tub and pool became our personal oasis—perfect for both relaxing and diving into fun. Between dips in the water and cozy storm-watching, it felt like we were on a tropical adventure without ever leaving home base.Leah was fantastic whenever we needed her, and the location couldn’t have been better—close to everything, yet still felt like our own hidden getaway. We’d absolutely come back again for another round of this little escape!

The best part after a long drive was the snacks and drinks for us in the frig. The decorations were very cute and made us feel like we were at home! Concert Getaway

This home is 2nd to none (clean, spacious and welcoming)!!! There are tons of nice homes out there but there are very few that feel like home away from home. Very few hosts are as amazing as Leah her effective communication and care goes a long way. We will be staying again in the future.

Excellent Choice!

This was perfect for my extended family to stay for my Moms birthday party in Sun City. Easy to communicate with host and everything was clean and as advertised. We did not use the pool or hot tub, but we highly enjoyed the patio with the lighted view of the backyard and the sound of the fountain! Would definitely stay again!

Great family destination

It was an awesome place for a family get together. It is a beautiful house stocked with everything we needed. The family spent most of the time in the backyard oasis enjoying the pool, hot tub, waterfall and grill. The amenties Leah leaves for guests was also nice touch. She is an awesome hostess and we had plenty of instructions and she was also readily available if needed. The house is in a great neighborhood. Also only minutes away for lots of activities other than just the sports complex. Altho it is a big benefit having the games so close. Would definitely recommend this as a great family destination especially for spring training.

Great family oasis for spring break

Check in process and communication with host was easy and awesome. Home was clean, comfortable, and had all we needed. Backyard was perfect isolated (walled) oasis with heated pool and simple hot tub. Close enough to Phoenix to get to a baseball game. Far enough out to get to some northern hiking trails. A Little Bit of Heaven

Located in a quiet neighborhood but with easy access to stores (costco, boot barn, walmart) this beautiful clean house exceeded our expectations. Leah went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We did not get to use the pool, BBQ or hot tub this visit as our schedule was so full. I will definitely not hesitate to stay here again next year. Thank you Leah :)

Comfortable stay for a long weekend

Clean, comfortable home just as described. Appreciated many thoughtful touches in the kitchen and fridge. Everything worked properly includin gas grill, fire table and pool/hot tub- both heated! Host was easy to work with and very responsive. I would definitely return to this property.
