Brand new in-ground pool overlooking the canal!

Perfectly updated and appointed canal-front home on the Gulf side. This location is great for diving, boaters, lobstering, and just relaxing! Two bedroom, two and a half bathroom stilted half-duplex with upgraded furnishings, large kitchen with eat-in island. The open concept first floor offers great canal views and a screened in porch with large dining table with seating for 8 people and wet bar. Large flat screen TV in the living area and comfortable seating for all! The living room couch has a Queen memory foam sleeper sofa. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms, both ensuite style. Meticulously maintained and beautifully updated right in the heart of Marathon!
Outdoor space galore, deep, clean flow through canal with immediate access to the open Gulf! Plenty of dockage, 37 ft, with a fish cleaning station with water and electric. There are two complimentary bikes, ride the airport loop just across the street! There is also a kayak to explore! Beautiful in-ground pool overlooking the canal.

Beautiful Vacation Home
We had a great time here. The place was clean and had everything we needed for a great time in Marathon. The location was great for sound and ocean access. The dock was great and having a place to lock tackle at night (and a bait freezer!) was very helpful. We enjoyed eating on the porch and talking with the neighbors. Already looking forward to our next stay!

Amazing property!
Amazing property! The location was awesome! Everything was super clean! Loved the amenities such as boat dock, fish cleaning station, kayak, life vests, corn hole boards, beach chairs/umbrella etc….. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Waterfront Stay
Our family of 4 (two adults a teen and a 9 year old) loved our time here, the house was very clean and spacious and being right on the canal was great! The host was great with communication (even at 3am) and the house offered all the amenities and more that we needed! Including a kayak and beach chairs and umbrellas! We saw Manatees, large Green Sea Turtles, sharks and a lot of different fish off the doc. And we enjoyed fishing in the evenings and mornings! There was a Cabana Club Membership included with our stay which was a definite perk! Odd comment- but the pull out sofa bed was probably one of the most comfortable we’ve found! We really loved our stay here and hope to return again some day!
