Whether it’s gathering around the fire pit, testing your luck at shuffleboard, taking a kayak out from the private dock, or a refreshing dip in the heated, saltwater pool to cool off, you will be sure to enjoy all this lake house has to offer!

Conveniently located 1 street over from the water, this charming retreat is within minutes of famous Weirs Beach, Gunstock Mountain, Bank of NH Pavilion, and many restaurants!

Great experience, had the whole family for Thanksgiving and it was wonderful. the host was very responsive to our questions and the place was spotless! One of the best we have stayed at and would do it again next year.

Family of 9 vacation

Great house and location. Ample room for our party of 9 to spread out. Private pool was a great option when not staying right on the water. Plenty of outdoor furniture and pool floats. Community dock access was nice to launch the owner’s 2 kayaks. Dock seems to need a little repair as it’s in slightly worse shape than photo(probably taken a while ago). We did fine. Older folks might find it a little uneven. Home was clean and comfortable. Advertised as air conditioned by splits units. However, only 2units for the whole house. Main living room and primary suite. The 3 other bedrooms had window units. We were comfortable the whole time. We wished that there was a little more seating in the dining room and living room. There were 9 of us and found sitting all together for Olympics, movie night and family dinner(we had some rainy nights)was tricky. Some small repairs/maintenance are needed around the house but overall nothing that made the stay uncomfortable. Dennis was quick to respond to the couple of questions we had regarding trash. House was clean, located in a great spot, pool was crystal clear. We had a nice time and would absolutely rent again!

Gorgeous house!

I can't recommend the house strongly enough. The house was beautiful with all of the amenities you could want. Fully equipped kitchen, toys and games for the kids, pool, etc. We had a minor problem with the TV the first night (the cable box was unplugged) but the owner was very responsive in trying to help. The only issue was that there were a lot of flies in the house, but it wasn't a big deal and bugs are sort of expected for a house in the woods. I still highly recommend this property.

Amazing indoor and outdoor space

Beautiful, modern home with every amenity you can think of. It was clean, great layout to give everyone space. Outdoor space was great with a secure, fenced in yard for our dog, grill, fire pit, very nice furniture and the clean in-ground pool. Very nice neighborhood and neighbors. Dennis was very responsive to a situation concerning the security system and the property manager was available within a few short hours. My only negative was that dock access to the lake is tricky because it is a neighborhood dock a short walk from the home. Kayaks need replacing, but were adequate for some great time on the lake! Overall, a 5-star experience!

Family Vacation

We had a great time. The house was clean and had enough space and sleeping arrangements for our entire group of 14, ranging in ages 9-83! The pool was a great option as you needed to drive to the public beach. You can walk to to the private neighborhood lake access but it’s not a beach area to swim and hang out, really only good to launch a kayak or SUP. The house is in a good location to get to downtown boardwalk area and public beach, short 3 minute drive. Dennis was easy to reach and quick to reply to all my questions. We enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing getaway with family

This place was ideal for a getaway with our young daughter. There was a little bit of everything to keep us busy all week - pool, nearby beach, kayaks, corn hole, and FunSpot (arcade) was just down the road for the one rainy afternoon we experienced. The house is very spacious, and absolutely beautiful. You can tell it has been remodeled very recently. It was also stocked with everything we could need - from pool floats to spices in the cupboard. We would definitely stay here again!

Memorial Day weekend at Laconia/weirs beach

My extended family and family friends visited weirs beach/Laconia for the first time, and stayed in this property. The house newly remodeled it seemed and was very clean and well equipped with linens/towns/dishes. The owner was very responsive, we didn’t encounter problems either. The pool was a very nice side and both kids and adults enjoyed it. Thank you owners! Best Noushin.

Great place, good location, difficulty checking in

Literally the only issue was checking in. We were supposed to get the access code a few hours earlier than we were given it. we were halfway through VRBO's rebooking protocol when the property manager sent it to us. It was a bad start to the vacation however everything else was great and it was a good time overall. House was great.

Great home for families

The home was situated in a great area very close to Weirs Beach area and Gunstock ski resort area. Lots of space to spread out 
. The kids especially loved the REC room. The large master suite with a bonus space for extra sleeping was perfect for our teen girls and their friends. Also the kitchen was fully stocked perfect for a quick get away where you don’t have to pack everything plus the kitchen sink. We will definitely be back!
